I've been with Damon Priddy State Farm for a while now and I can honestly say it's the best…read moreinsurance experience I've ever had. They handle my auto, home, and life policies and the entire office is the perfect mix of knowledgeable, responsive, and actually are fun to talk to (no boring insurance robot!). When my rates went up with my old company, they found me better coverage and saved me almost $700 a year, no gimmicks, just straight-up better pricing. Claims have been painless too--my windshield got cracked last winter and it was fixed the next day with zero hassle. The whole office feels like a local, small-town agency even though they're backed by State Farm's strength. They host community events and genuinely care about families. If you want an agent who treats you like a neighbor instead of a policy number, go see the team at Damon Priddy State Farm. Highly recommend!

The call rep transfers me to the OWNER Laura.. Laura rudely interrupted me during me asking if they could cancel the automatic payment, explaining I did not have the funds in my account, to cut me off.. and tell me to call the customer service number for Allstate, she can't do that..Before I could even object she hung up! If that is a policy, then at least give me an opportunity to cancel. How can they be so rude to people considering we are in a pandemic and many people are experiencing hardship. Im sure her office and her customer doesn't represent all Allstate agents but I'm appalled at how I was treated by the agents LEADER. That was disgusting. I've been a customer with this location this whole time and had no idea how nasty the owner is. I didn't ask for much, I guess when they can't get what THEY want they treat you like less than over the phone. Will NOT be in business with this office and also telling my family to take their business elsewhere. (Have 3 family members I brought to them).
