I had a procedure the other day and they were very good about explaining everything that was going on and what would happen. The wait was longer than usual and they were very apologetic about that. They had an issue (I heard from eavesdropping) and it wasn't something they could help. Fortunately, I don't remember much else because of the medicine but my son tells me they were very thorough and polite. He signed me out and we went home so I could sleep some more. I liked visiting with the hygienists and techs when I could talk without hands in my mouth and feel like they were interested in me and my concerns. The waiting area is really nice, and often features a DIY or home show and some good magazines. You don't really get to enjoy them though because you don't have to wait long. I like coming here and will continue probably until I don't have any more teeth. Or Dr Ronngren retires.

So I made an appointment because my smile was bothering me because I chipped my front tooth eating sunflower seeds. Tip it keeps you from drowsy driving!! Anyway my teeth are really stained and I have a short crown in the front too. Came in and had my consultation. First they did a cleaning and did full set of X-rays. My smile makeover was in full swing. First appointment to prep, and put on my temporary was long but they do let you have gas. It helps the time go by. I just wasn't expecting my temporary to be one piece for multiple teeth. Oh well it even looked better than my previous teeth. But it took 4 weeks to get my crowns and veneers. Once my new teeth were ready I booked my final appointment. I was nervous because I didn't want it to look like someone else's teeth or chiclets. I really love my results. Look like my teeth just all one color and correct length. I couldn't be happier. Dr Clark and all of his staff are amazing.
