I believe it would have been the right thing to do- ensuring that the customer was covered and not having out of pocket expenses. If you decide to have work done here, they do a good job, but before you commit, ask them to look at your benefits so you don't get tacked with a $681 bill!!!

Ashley answered a million questions for me on the phone, more than once, with grace and patience; my concerns/requests we discussed were passed on to those who needed to know. Billing was discussed at scheduling and done prior to surgery so there were no surprises and no stress. Because my son had so many extra wisdom teeth, our dentist recommended Dr. Jerman. I recognized the name as last year he had done a surgery that went so well for my brother. My son's surgery went just as well- minimal bleeding and nearly zero pain. He sent us home with both verbal and written instructions which included the office phone number and his personal number in case of after hours questions or problems. Dr. Jerman called the 2nd evening to check on things and again offered his number. My son and I both highly recommend Dr. Jerman and his team. He knew exactly what I wanted and after the 7th month he told me I was getting plastic snap on dentures! Give me more money and I can get you better teeth. If your looking for a dentist other than maybe a cleaning Don't go here!!! I have been going through hell having to look for another dentist to help me with getting teeth!
