I initially thought I wanted a root canal, and Dr. Evon quickly made arrangements for everything. The next day I came in, I asked if we could remove the tooth instead (since it was back molar and would be cheaper than RC). Dr. Evon and her team went out of their way to accommodate me and my every need. They were able to extract the tooth, treat the infection, and provide deep cleanings on both sides of my mouth. Everyone that worked on me was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional (and sensitive to my unique situation, being so far from home). Despite this being my biggest dental procedure to date, this was honestly the best experience I've ever had with any dentist. I was comforted by Dr. Evon's extensive knowledge, and she even provided me a book with more information on my particular issues. So I made an appointment because my smile was bothering me because I chipped my front tooth eating sunflower seeds. Tip it keeps you from drowsy driving!! Anyway my teeth are really stained and I have a short crown in the front too. Came in and had my consultation. First they did a cleaning and did full set of X-rays. My smile makeover was in full swing. First appointment to prep, and put on my temporary was long but they do let you have gas. It helps the time go by. I just wasn't expecting my temporary to be one piece for multiple teeth. Oh well it even looked better than my previous teeth. But it took 4 weeks to get my crowns and veneers. Once my new teeth were ready I booked my final appointment. I was nervous because I didn't want it to look like someone else's teeth or chiclets. I really love my results. Look like my teeth just all one color and correct length. I couldn't be happier. Dr Clark and all of his staff are amazing. Now with an office in Whitefish and a second in Kalispell the word is out on his professional quality and easy demeanor. I have been to countless dentists across the years. This office contains a level of professionalism and ethics that is hard to find. Dr. Colonna refuses to bend to the practices of insurance companies which may require work that is contrary to the medical care he believes is needed. The result is you will be paying a little more (out of network rates apply). Given his mastery combined with his exquisite work with the laser, your trip to the dentist will be more like wait on a long line for a cup of coffee on a Saturday morning. Instead of a dreadful, painful experience by a retired car salesman now working as a dentist. Pain aside, it is there workmanship you should be most concerned about. Despite multiple major work, he and his team have performed consistently well over the years. Staff turnover is relatively low. Which is a good sign. The quality of hygienist work is good to great. The front office staff is friendly and professional. If they have issues, they do a good job at keeping it on the other side of the counter. Over the years his practice has grown considerably. He has been careful to not let the quality be compromised. But I fear that if it continues he will not be able to maintain that quality across his entire team. There was a time when cleanings could take as long as 1 to 1.5 hours on an easy set of teeth. Now they typically have me in and out in about 30 to 45 minutes for the actual cleaning. Things do seem a bit more hurried but not so much to send me moving on. Not yet anyway. Regardless my teeth seem happy. Overall this is a dentist I am committed too. I have been a patient of Dr. Booth's for five years, and I would never go anywhere else. Recently, I began bringing my teenage daughter there as well, and she has been just as happy with the care she has received. My daughter has autism and severe anxiety, and the staff, along with Dr. Booth, do an outstanding job communicating with her throughout each procedure and helping her stay calm.
