Was told that I was now out of network and insurance didn't cover all the deep cleaning and the paper was only an estimate anyway, not what I was told when I gave the go-ahead for deep cleaning So two lies at this point. Next, I asked if this could be reversed since I was lied to about the fees. Their answer was if we do that for you then we have to do this for others. I guess this is an ongoing issue. Next, I inquired about my cleaning that is supposed to be covered by Insurance and was told these are only estimates and there will be extra charges for the cleaning. Wow another LIE! This is not a family friendly business. Word travels fast in a small town. I intend to file with the BBB a complaint. Looking into the Oregon Dental Association complaint department' I guess this is there way of advertising on the radio to suck more customers in and charge extra fees.
