These guys closed their doors without delivering my permanent teeth, I paid $5989.50 for, they breached our contract, then told me if I want a refund for my permanent dentures I have to turn in my temporary dentures that are fully paid for, they say they can not find the money that I paid for the permanent dentures even though it was a package deal. . They are the ones that broke the contract by closing their doors, so do not believe their money back guarantee. Corporate is only there to argue with you not resolve issues. This place is just terrible. The phone system is a nightmare. The staff is extremely rude and makes no effort to help in any way. I was lied to about the cost of my visit for an emergency broken tooth. No one attempted to care or help. I was given no options and was told I'd owe $300 for an exam and no actual treatment. When I asked for my paperwork back, they rudely said it was locked in the shredder bin. Wonderful. I asked for a comment card or someone to speak to. I was told they didn't know and that "HR is in New York". Visibly in pain, I asked for any other options and was ignored. This place is a joke and they have zero care for their patients. It's all about penny pinching and rudely pushing you through their system. Stay far away from this chop shop. read more

I needed an adjustment to my lower denture. It had never fit right from the beginning. I wasn't pleased about paying an additional fee, but I could see their point since it had been a long time. So I came home from the store and tried to eat my lunch - a roasted chicken that I picked up. There was one more area that was in need of adjustment. When I called to see if I could come back in this afternoon, I was informed that I would need to make another appointment and I would be charged for it. C'mon, you can't know if an adjustment is needed until you try to eat. What but no, they wouldn't see me the same day without an additional charge. That's ridiculous and I'll not recommend them and will find another dentist. VERY POOR customer service. EDIT: I received a call from them and all they offered to do was give me a referral or help with my records. Big whoop. I still wouldn't recommend them based on their terrible customer service. EDIT: I did receive a follow-up call and all they wanted me to do was set a new appt. and pay for it. We're getting nowhere. I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND since I haven't been able to wear the denture the entire time I've had it. read more

In addition to them mis-placing my medical information prior to the visit and never pre-authorizing with the insurance company: I just went in to this facility for an evaluation. I do have some deep pockets and some bleeding. They said they required root scaling and planing. The problems are not any worse than found by other dentists over the last few years. They provided no evidence other than the depth of the pockets and some bleeding, but refused to offer any other options other than $3000 of periodontal work. My feeling is that I was subject to the same kind of up-selling here that I have only experienced in the past from car lube providers such as Jiffy Lube. Had my initial New Patient Exam, X-rays and Consult this morning at Aspen Dental. Being someone who generally dislikes going to any dentist, I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked in the door I was met by a very pleasant receptionist. I felt immediately at ease. I was led back to have the Xray's, which always make me gag, the Hygienist was also pleasant. We talked and joked in between gags. Then on to "the chair", where a very nice Dr. Bernhard came in, examined my teeth, made recommendations and explained everything very well. He didn't make me feel rushed like he had somewhere else to be, like a lot of places do. Then to the Financial person. Ugh, right? Not really. She was very nice, explained what was what, again no rush and everything was reasonably priced. I have two more appts this month for a cleaning and an extraction, I'll write an update then. read more

My first appointment was rescheduled due to dr called in sick ok fine. Next appointment I only got x-rays and exam no cleaning like I had asked for and was told I needed gingivitis treatment at an extra charge but could remove treatment at my next appointment. Next appointment was told I couldn't remove treatment and it would affect hygienists license if they cleaned as I requested I canceled my appointment felt like I was at a car lot getting the big squeeze of high pressure sales. I haven't ever had anything like this before at any other dentist office I wouldn't recommend them for anything unless you like getting pressured. If I could leave less of a star I would. read more

I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental. I went to another dental office for a broken tooth and I wanted a quote from my insurance before moving forward with their recommendation. After a month I still didn't have a quote even after calling 4 times, I then called my insurance company to see what the holdup was and to my surprise it was the dentist office they hadn't turned in my claim. I called the office and they said they were behind in paperwork, (not exceptionable) since the dentist said I needed to get the work done ASAP so I didn't get an infection. At Aspen Dental I had my insurance quote before I left the office, now that's how things should work. Not only that but everyone in the office was very professional and very friendly. I'm so glad things worked out so I now have a dentist that I feel is professional and fast. read more

So I had to take a halcion last night then 2 this morning at 8 am 1 hour before my appointment. Then at 8:20 they call just to reschedule my appointment. I am highly upset. The reason why is because they only have one hygienist and she called out sick. This is why they need 2 hygienist assistants because patients deserve better than having to be rescheduled repeatedly. People arrange their lives to make it to the appointments and when they have to give you halcion to sedate you lose a day. Now instead of the one day of halcion once I now have to take it twice. I firmly believe they need 2 hygienist maybe three so that bull crap like this doesn't happen to anyone. Aspen is supposed to be an easy way to get teeth done. But pushing back patients because of one sick hygienist is not a good thing. So be prepared that your appointment may be cancelled if the hygienist is sick. If there dental office can't provide treatment when the hygienist is sick and cancels.you out not even a full hour before your appointment this might not be the place for you. read more

NO, NO, NO!! The worst experience I ever had. Dr. Mckee is a butcher!! They are unethical, and unprofessional. Dont believe the ads. I spent $11,000.00 for two of us to be butchered, lied to, and they still havent finished with my permanents. I started going there in March 2017 when there was a whole different staff and dentist. Im sure they left because they were nice, professional, and didnt want any part of what was going on. You will be so much better off going somewhere else. Please believe me. My fiancé was in so much pain and his mouth bled for days and then was very infected. He lost 12 pounds because he couldnt eat for weeks. I didnt have Dr. Mckee, thank goodness!! I trusted Dr. Habermeyer but he's gone and so are the other assistants. read more

I have been very satisfied with this office. The front office staff is always helpful and greets you with a beautiful smile. (Wonder where she get's her work done.) I went in for replacement top denture and a new bottom which required extractions of some teeth. I wish I could remember everyone's name. They are all very well versed in what they do and everyone appears to enjoy the environment they work in. My first appointment they explained everything that would be done step by step and so far all is on track. The woman who helped figure my insurance coverage and told me what my out of pocket expense would be, was awesome and right on the money. The young lady who took impressions was very good. Dr. Randol did the extractions and was very patient and gentle in waiting for the local anesthesia to take full effect. I have in the past had a little anxiety about dental work due to having bad experiences and this office from the beginning, put me at ease. No anxiety here. Dr. McKee is great and has remedied small issues in a matter of minutes, identifying right away adjustments needing to be made for a more comfortable fit and elimination of discomfort. Sonja was awesome with re-lining the denture and making sure I was satisfied before I left the clinic. I have felt like I matter in this clinic by all of them and can't praise them enough. I look forward to the remaining work that is yet to be done. WHAT?? You look forward to the dentist? ABSOLUTELY! They deserve 10 stars!
