These people are wonderful, attentive professionals and the service is incredibly priced!…read more I will drive from out of state just to see these guys from now on - they are simply the best. Receptionists, doctors and dental assistants are ALL extremely friendly, informative and helpful. When I overslept for my appointment like a buffoon, and woke up in the hotel just as I was supposed to be arriving, I called them up & they managed to squeeze me in later that same day, even though their schedule was pretty booked by the looks of it (quite a few patients were there when I arrived), knowing that I didn't live in the area. As an aside, I didn't have insurance, but I looked around for options and came across the Aetna Dental Discount card, which is a very reasonable rate and deceptively simple discount plan. One wonders who it can be so turn-key: you go look up the plan, fill out your info, pay under ~$200 and somehow, semimiraculously, all of your dental expenses, INCLUDING oral surgery, prescription medication and x-rays are all discounted by 50+%! This is a great plan for freelancers, and people who are self-employed, btw. So I called these guys, knowing that their standard rates are good, to verify that this plan was all it claimed to be, and they reassured me that it was and that I could get major dental work haunting me for the past 5 insurance-less years in a single day, with no separate consultation appointment and accordingly no additional 'consultation fee' - the likes of which every place I contacted in San Francisco (quite a few) took for granted. The surgery was fast and simple, in the end - definitely not warranting the numerous appointments that other dentists attempted to book me for, greedily wringing out every penny even after I explained my financial situation and explained that I could provide very detailed dental records. Dr. Logan and his assistant conferred with me briefly as to the level of anesthesia I wished to receive during the procedure, and then sent me off with a very informative packet of information, very reasonable prescription for pain pills, and succinct, practical advice on preventing complication. As I was paying, the receptionist said, "Let me see, you may qualify for an additional discount--" on top of the one afforded me by the Aetna Dental Discount card. And indeed, she was right - there was some sort of out of town discount on top of that, and in the end, my entire procedure was under $250 (+the ~$100 for the yearlong Aetna plan)!! Places in San Francisco were quoting $500+ for the same exact procedure, even with the plan! On the following morning, they called me up to check in - a very personable call which came across as friendly and genuine. As long as I live in a 400 mile radius of these guys, Dr. Logan will be my go-to dentist!

Best dentist in Klamath Falls by far!! She has never let me down. Friendly, fast, never leaves me…read morehangin with a sore mouth.

I felt very uncomfortable during my visits there. I have agonizing dental fear, which I told them…read moreabout before even using them, but they showed no empathy. After my initial visit it was found that I had 2 cavities (which is why I went because I had already had x-rays at Premeire Dental a couple of months before going here) but still wanted new x-rays and to wait to get the others from Premeier. Okay, no big. Then they wanted to schedule me for a cleaning of my whole 6 remaining teeth and I declined. I explained to them that the sounds and my fear are overwhelming and I threw up the last time. I also made sure before I went to her, and after my first visit that they had nitrice because I don't get very numb and it helps my anxiety for being there. Granted, I already had a tooth that was hurting me. They made my next appointmnet pretty far out and when I got there it was for a cleaning. I was very upset to say the least, and explained, again, why I wasn't having one done. They make my next appointment, again a few weeks out it seemed. I go in, everyone is nice, she makes me fill out a form regarding the nitrice and to list my meds again (as they are already in my chart) and guess what? Her sedation license is VRY LIMITED!! You have to be off all arthritits and sleep meds for at least three days before!! I was very unhappy to say the least, but I held it together pretty well. By this point most people would be yelling and screaming. At this point, I have no choice but to wait until the fourth day and go back as my insurance only lets me have one dentist! It was painful. Not only can she not give sedation if you are on any other medications, but also only at a very low dose. She does my teeth, there was a lot of pain and I cried quietly. I thanked everyone and left. Today is Monday, last Wednesday I called them three times with tooth pain and a swollen jaw and got the machine every time, no return call. I waited Thursday to hear back, and nothing!! They are closed Friday but I left a message anyway. No response. Sunday I was nauseous and afraid I had an absess so I called her service and the dentisit who called me back was not her, but he did call me in some anti-biotics. I already left another message this morning when no-one answered, again!! I went out to check my mail and inside there's a letter from them post dated last Wednesday. Inside though they dated it 10/21/19 and it says that it was to inform me that as of 10/21/19 I am no longer their patient. It also says I may seek emergency dental care within 30 days of the date on the notice!! I am shocked and appalled at their lack of professionalism. How can they backdate a letter 3 months? Totally illegal. Now I have to go back to my insurance and pick a new dentist and wait period to get in and all, I'll probably lose a tooth because of them!!! I know they are cowards and bad people. They don't have empathy that's for sure!! They could have called me a week ago and told me this, or simply just have answered their phone when I called. Not nice at all and I would advise to stay away from this place!
