This was the worst and oddest dentist I have ever seen in my life. Two out of two implants had…read moreproblems. One was infected and one FELL OUT. Dr. Davis fixed the problems, but was angry about it and denied me any further treatment. He scared me because I asked him to please give the shot slowly (because i was afraid as he had hurt me before, by just shoving the needle in there too fast). His reply was "I'll do it how I do it" as he's got a needle half jammed in my gums and is showing obvious anger. I felt like Dustin Hoffman in the Marathon Man. The assistant just stood there no expression, like she wasn't there, but SHE SAW THAT AND HEARD THAT. What kind of dentist purposely scares you? So weird. The guy has to be super insecure. He struck me as a narcissist, like how dare you complain? How could I NOT complain? Perhaps it was my personality? I am disabled with a traumatic brain injury so that affects EVERYTHING including my personality AND the way I say things. The guy was just a jerk. That's the nicest way that I can be accurate. I just don't see how he can deny treatment to someone disabled that had problems with what he did. I'm old. I've been to the dentist a zillion times in my life and NEVER have I been treated so badly, as though I did something wrong, His work isn't good and HE isn't GOOD. Don't spend your money there. There are lots of good dentists who will gladly take care of whatever problems a person has without punishing them because he's so insecure and angry. NO communication skills, either. At least, not to me. I guess he didn't think I deserved that. Paid the man $18K - $20K in cash. Get treated like a criminal because he made errors on BOTH of my implants. I honestly thought I was pretty cool about it. I didn't demand they immediately be fixed. I didn't demand my money back. They asked me what I wanted at one point and I said I wanted them be fair with me, whatever they thought that was. A horrible experience with a small, insecure man. Go somewhere else.

I still have pain in the area where the tooth was pulled. YEP lost a FRONT tooth, but Dr. Dressell did ALL HE COULD to save it. He was able to determine the tooth was infected, I needed an URGENT root canal, and the crown needed replaced all within the first visit (ADMI really did a number on this mouth). For TWO years Dr. Dressell attempted to help me, but finally the tooth had to come out when we learned the infection was so deep up in the gum, I was in serious trouble if I didn't have it pulled OUT. I have tried to ask for help from Aspen Dental, but all I got was their middle finger.....Dr. Dressell has integrity, and was even willing to not charge me as much as he should have done since learning what happened to me. I highly recommend Terry Dressell for dentistry if you live in Klamath Falls.

The summer of 2017 I returned to this office for care. I had left previously when his father…read moredropped my insurance company, so it was at least familiar. Unfortunately Brad allowed an infection to fester (3 months no antibiotics) so bad it had to be extracted. The endodontist said the infection was waaaaayyyy at the top which would require surgery and even then no guarantees. Mr Brad played innocent so of course I had ZERO recourse. I made over 20 trips to the dentist, 14 Novocain shots and still am in pain today because of Bradly Mortenson LDS. Fast forward to a year ago when the strangest thing happened. The very sweet pharmacist at the store was telling me how her dentist thankfully caught her tooth infection prior to being referred to the endodontist. She was telling me how grateful she was for Brad's ability to catch that infection PRIOR to her root canal. Coincidence that I met her? I don't know, but three Mormon dentists from Klamath falls have caused me grueling, long term pain. It's so hard to navigate through life not being able to sleep comfortably if I put any pressure on the jaw where teeth are missing as I'll wake up in pain. Eating of course produces pain, and right now I'm in pain writing this. My gum pain never goes away. Brad sees a lot of folks from his church I don't know what his motive was other than the first dentist that slapped permanent cement over an exposed nerve was also LDS, and seems perhaps Brad Mortenson LDS had absolutely no problem helping out a friend (at least that's my opinion). Hey Brad why don't you and Nate come up with a plan to help me get a couple of dental implants? That would be so cool. It would also show what a good Mormon you are right? If this review is removed by anyone other than me I'll make sure it's in several places never to be removed. Deceit hurts innocent people, if you aren't LDS I warn you with all I have stay away from this sweet smile (underneath it's a different face I assure you).

One time I had already taken the sedating pill, so I was under the influence, and he started trying to get me to agree to do more than I had come into the office to do. I was feeling loopy and starting to experience the amnesiac effects of the pill, so I ended up just saying yes without realizing it and I left the office paying much more than I was prepared to at the beginning of my appointment. I had to call the office after I came to and ask what happened because I had no idea. I feel that was very manipulative and unethical of him. I will never go to him again.

I had an appointment this week and they called me 2 days prior to reschedule it because they were short on hygienists. They offered me 8am which did not work for my schedule so they said that the next available was SEPTEMBER. Scheduling issues are usually made apparent much farther in advance and this should have been dealt with much sooner than it had been (she said a hygienist had moved...TODAY?!). Unacceptable. I will not be returning. I was able to be seen elsewhere in 2 months. Much more reasonable.

She is a clear communicator and keeps me informed of anything I need to know as well as answering my questions. Last winter I had to have a cracked rear molar removed. The oral surgeon that worked on me did a superb job. Afterward I had no tenderness at all. I can't remember how many years I have been coming to Premier Care Dental but I am very, very pleased with the care that I consistently receive.

That said, the last visit I had with him a few months back was both a bizarre and troubling experience. He basicallly destroyed one of my teeth, leaving a massive ridge across the the back of, that I have since had repaired by an ethical, good dentist. He also refused to do a filling that he insisted needed a crown, something I did not feel good about and have since had filled with no problem- the other dentist didn't even make mention of a crown being a potential option. He spent literally 10 min. in my mouth to do 2 fillings, the epoxy he used did not remotely match (my other tooth looks like a candy corn or something) and the other is the included image (taken by the dentist I saw a month later) I seriously felt he was high on something. AVOID.
