I wasn't sure Pelvic Floor Therapy was right for me, until I learned how many parts of my body are truly affected by Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. There were moments of frustration and doubt, but Ashley was there for me through it all. She is kind, empathetic, and ingenuous. I felt comfortable with her from the first day and that trust allowed me to let go of any hesitations I had. After 6 months of treatment, I graduated! The space itself is very intimate, you will never have more than one other person in while you are doing therapy -which I love, both for covid reasons and just for the personal attention. The owner, Yolanda, is amazing!! Truly caring and very knowledgeable. She can put her hands on my back and tell me where my pain is w/o my even explaining...and she's always spot on! The main therapist that works w Yolanda is Judy, and she is so professional and unbelievably versed in every aspect of PT. Her knowledge is expensive !!!
