They have worked on almost my entire body from my back, knees, hip, neck, shoulder, and now my feet. I walk about 2-5 miles a day and last summer, fall & winter I wore Crocks for approximately 8 months straight. I wore these Crocks everyday thinking I wasn't doing any damage to my feet. I was wrong! The new year arrives and my feet are in so much pain I can't hardly walk. I bought orthopedic shoes and put my Crocks in storage. I went to my primary care physician and he referred me to a Podiatrist. The Podiatrist did x-rays on both my feet and gave me my diagnosis which is plantars fasciitis on the top & bottom of both my feet and talior's bunions also on both feet. The Podiatrist put me in physical therapy for 6 weeks. Due to the amazing care I have always received and the wonderful caring staff at Balance Physical Therapy I immediately went back to them. They are extremely knowledgeable and understanding. The foot exercises are easy and I've been improving. But the best part of my physical therapy is the foot massages from KY. I want to give Balance Physical Therapy and ALL of Dr. Amato's staff a Huge "THANK YOU". For helping me get back on my feet again!

The space itself is very intimate, you will never have more than one other person in while you are doing therapy -which I love, both for covid reasons and just for the personal attention. The owner, Yolanda, is amazing!! Truly caring and very knowledgeable. She can put her hands on my back and tell me where my pain is w/o my even explaining...and she's always spot on! The main therapist that works w Yolanda is Judy, and she is so professional and unbelievably versed in every aspect of PT. Her knowledge is expensive !!! For someone who has gone many, many times I didn't think I would learn anything knew, but Judy has certainly opened my eyes. She too is very hands on, being able to really tailor your therapy to give you the absolute best outcome. I def feel so fortunate to have found RPT!!

They are $9 and you get an aloe shot, tea, and shake. Each thing provides different benefits that they'll explain to you! The tea is sort of bland, so I like to pour my aloe shot inside of it. For the shakes, I've tried peanut butter Oreo, peanut butter Twix, and Fruity Pebbles. I loved both peanut butter flavors, but wasn't a huge fan of Fruity Pebbles. They do a great job at disguising that "powdery" protein consistency in their more chocolate-based shakes, but I could really notice it in the Fruity Pebbles flavor. Either way, I love it here and would recommend it to anyone!
