The technician was so aggressive that he hurt me several times. When I told him to lay off the pressure or use a less aggressive file, he shook his head, mumbled something, and continued to do what he was doing. For example, he used very firm, painful pressure to push back my cuticles even after I asked him not to, and then he pretended to trim my cuticles. No skin was removed. Finally, when he said he was done I told him I asked for a buffing with no polish. He shook his head and pointed me to the desk to pay. I told the guy at the front desk (as well as the other customers in the area) that I was not satisfied. The manager at the desk just said, "oh, sorry." No one seemed concerned or interested in addressing my concerns. Avoid this nail salon at all costs!
