Avoid this drab, dirty place if you can help it. To begin, the technician was not friendly and had long, dirty fingernails. I can overlook that if the work is well done. The technician was so aggressive that he hurt me several times. When I told him to lay off the pressure or use a less aggressive file, he shook his head, mumbled something, and continued to do what he was doing. For example, he used very firm, painful pressure to push back my cuticles even after I asked him not to, and then he pretended to trim my cuticles. No skin was removed. Finally, when he said he was done I told him I asked for a buffing with no polish. He shook his head and pointed me to the desk to pay. I told the guy at the front desk (as well as the other customers in the area) that I was not satisfied. The manager at the desk just said, "oh, sorry." No one seemed concerned or interested in addressing my concerns. Avoid this nail salon at all costs! read more

First experience was ok. Nail tech was nice and did a good job shaping nails and applying chrome. Second time back was a nightmare. I had a different nail tech who did an awful job. He cut me once and the polish seemed old and goopy. Appointment was not relaxing or enjoyable. The woman who greeted me and my friend was yelling at us and made us feel like an inconvenience and not welcomed even though I made our appointments a few days in advance. First visit was good. Nails done nicely and they started maybe 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Second visit, I was seated pretty quickly without an appointment, even though it was busy. Felt that the guy rushed while doing my nails. They came out fine. Third visit, it took about 20 minutes before I got seated at a nail table, but it was busy and I didn't have an appointment (they told me 30 minutes when I walked in). They had me put my nails in a solution to get the dip off and then after the dip had came off, I sat waiting. After about 30-35 minutes, the guy who initially greeted me told be that I would only be waiting 2 more minutes. It took another 10-15 before the nail technician came to work on me. It took a total of 45 minutes until the girl who was going to do my nails finally started on me. This time does not include the 20 minutes I waited after entering the nail salon. She was doing another client's nails and after finishing, she disappeared for about 20 minutes. My nails looked nice when I left. read more

I alway's get poweder dipped manicures. I love my nails everytime I go there. The people who do my nails are so polite and do a great job everytime. I love the customer service there. They alway's make sure I am happy before I walk out the door. I never been unsatisfied with Beauty Nails at all. I went here for the first time today and got the lavender pedicure. I'm due with my second child next week and figured I'd treat myself. Off the bat, everyone was so nice that I interacted with, especially the lady who did my pedicure. She was so sweet and even helped me take my socks off and roll my pants up to get started. I didn't catch her name but she was very sweet, did a great job on my nails and helped me relax. Once done, she even helped me put my socks back on and helped with my shoes, so helpful and thoughtful. I will be returning again! Side note, I'm not confrontational but when I did walk in I asked for a gel full set and a pedicure. I think the full set was forgotten about until I was asked to cashed out after the pedicure was done. Another employee asked if I still wanted the full set but I said it's okay, the pedicure was great for now. They were getting pretty busy by that time so I don't mind going back another day at all. I've been getting my nails done at Beauty Nails on and off for years, and I'm sad to say that the quality of the shellac manicure has gone way downhill. The last 2 times I've had my nails done (over the past month or so), they've been quick (15-20 mins max), which is fine - but my polish has chipped after just a week, which is not acceptable when paying $35 plus tip. I also think the dremel tool has weakened my nails, and I was bummed to see this change in practice when I decided to get my nails done after taking a long-ish break. Beauty Nails was my favorite for a long time, but now I think it's time to re-evaluate where I am getting my manicures. I will say that their pedicures have always been incredible, and I always come away super relaxed with my toes looking great. I only went twice and won't go again. First time was ok. I should have listened to my inner voice that said don't go back. The place wasn't the cleanest place. As I was leaving I made my next appointment. I was specifically asked if I wanted the same nail tech. I said yes. My appointment was for 3 weeks. I showed up about 3-4 minutes early. I sat for 45 minutes waiting while others went in front of me. Once it was my turn, I didn't get the same tech. The new tech that I had made me bleed when she ground my cuticles back. I have no problems with diversity and respect people that have learned multiple languages however I find it extremely rude when I'm a paying customer and am being ignored. There was a vibe in the air that they were talking about customers I made a decision to find another salon. My new tech had to repair damage to my nails, cuticles and provide medicine for the nail fungus from dirty equipment. I'm very pleased with my new salon. read more

The lady did a great job with my toes and an even better job with my nails! I got gel toes, and dip nails with a design and it was a reasonable price and quick (about an hour and half for both)! Everyone here is very kind and they always give you the extra time to ask questions. If you're not sure what type of manicure to get, they have good advice and listen to your input. Very good manicures, great with repeat customers. I sometimes have a hard time with the employee's accents, but that's more of a "me" issue. read more

Super, duper disappointed. I used to be a beauty nails regular but took a year hiatus from getting my nails done to give them a break. I went in today to treat myself. I already had to wait 45 minutes passed the time I made an appointment, which is whatever. I asked for oval acrylic powder tips. Instead, beauty nails did me dirty and gave me triangle shaped nails that look completely unnatural and they rise off of my nails which is odd. I even showed a picture of the oval nails I wanted. Also, I was cut several times in the process. I understand they might be busy but that is no excuse to put quantity over quality, especially when it was $55 without tip. Still gave a 20% tip because I'm not a jackass and also didn't complain because of how busy it was. I went in because I messed up doing my nails on my own. They were quick and polite. They also had tons of colors to choose from! The only thing I was disappointed with was that my nails don't look super smooth. The girl seemed to be rushing a little bit. I have had friends who get dip nails and they look less matte, have more shine, and they look very smooth, but mine look more matte and are slightly bumpy. The man who did my pedicure yesterday didn't speak any English so it was difficult to communicate with him. He was much too rough with cleaning and trimming toenails- I was bleeding around edges of big toes! He poured some kind of blue liquid on them a number of times but bleeding continued. There is soreness and redness still today. I would not recommend or return to this salon. read more

if I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrendous service and cleanliness. Was told the wait was 15 min so I sat and waited. They finally got to me an HOUR later, serving a little girl who came in after me, before servicing me. (She didn't even have an appointment) I just needed my acrylics removed, and when I asked her to soak them off she refused. Any quality nail salon has the option of soak removal. We argued back and forth and only after one started to literally bleed did she say she could do a soak. At that point I only had two acrylics left to be taken off, so opted to just have her finish ripping them off my hand. The damage had already been done and I wasn't staying any long than I had to. I was literally crying in the salon out of sheer pain. She then proceeded to buff my nails with a filthy buff. I asked her for a clean one (which is policy in any decent shop) but she refused that as well. Go figure. She left my nails scraggly and rough, didn't trim them, and didn't put clear coat on to at least try and salvage my nails. I had to use a Top coat in my car just so they weren't so raw. I paid $10 to have my fake nails physically ripped off my hand causing them to bleed. This place should be shut down not only for how filthy and disturbingly dirty it was, but for their atrocious customer care and service. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT GO HERE. I just had the worst application of SNS to my nails that I ever had. The nails look bumpy and lumpy. The product was applied all the way to the cuticle where it piled up in a ridge. The stylist tried to file it down, cutting my cuticles. I still have product on my skin four days after my appointment and now I have scabs on my cuticles. Now that my nails have grown a little I can see a rim of partially tinted nail all around the SNS product. My nails just look terrible. Never again will I patronuze this business. read more

Today though I decided to get a design for the first time because I am about to be a grandmother. I am also a Spanish Teacher and my son is half Spanish, so I decided I wanted to get a Latina/Spanish theme. I had come in one night to see if they had time to give me a fill, but they didn't so I set up an appointment for Wednesday morning and the women told me to come at 9, so I did. When I showed up the door was locked and no one was inside that I could see. I realized they opened at nine and was confused but ended up coming back at 10 and then they told me I had to wait another 45 mins even though I had an appointment. I wouldn't even rate it a one star. I got my nails done back in July the person who did my nails used dirty materials and cut my cuticle. My nails were all not straight i went and showed my parents how they did we went back to the nail salon and I told them my hands hurts so bad my nails aren't straight and my right hand my ring finger was bleeding and then all they did was say Sorry and put some oil stuff on my right ring finger which made it hurt worse. I have been fighting mrsa ever since and now I just lost my hole nail my regular one due to this. I am highly dissatisfied. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go here. read more

I came in to have a fill done half hour before they closed which I have done many times but this time they tried to tell me that they were closed and when I told them that their sign and their business info online said they closed at 7 they just said sorry theu weren't going to do anything for me. They had 8 nail techs in at the time and they had 2 customers sitting in the chairs. The price they charge me everytime is different each time dep on which tech it is their sign says a fill is $35 and I've been charged as much as 60$ it's crazy. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was in a rush and I needed to get my nails filled ASAP. I was told that I needed to have my full set removed and a new set put on. My nails were soaked off which was good, and the nail tech was polite. But on the flip side I was cut multiple times, my fingers got glued together, and my nails were absolutely awful. My middle nail was double the length of all of the other nails, they are all different shapes, crooked, and bulky. I won't be revisiting the salon ever again; and I caution everyone to save their money. I paid $35 for crooked claws that are all different sizes. i wouldn't have gotten them fixed because I don't like confrontation but the looks people gave me sent me right back in to have a different nail tech fix them. I wish I could give this salon 0 stars. My terrible experience began upon arrival. I had a 1 o'clock appointment for a gel mani and regular pedi where I had to wait about 20 minutes to be seen because about 5 other people showed up with a 1 o'clock appointment. Once seated I sat for another 10 minutes and finally attended to by a man who was uncomfortably staring at my belly (9 months pregnant) the entire pedicure. I asked him if he had a pink color I was looking for since I was unable to find there opi colors among a stash of colors that were not marked by brand. He then made me get up and find the color myself among all the old colors on the wall not the very organized colors behind the counter which would have made my like 2x easier. I finally picked a color I was okay with and the disaster continued. He painted my nails terribly and then I was left there yet again to wait while he did someone else's manicure. THREE ladies proceeded to do my manicure and when I say 3 I mean I had to wait in between for each of them. Also, if you show up with gel they dunk your hands in POWDERED ACETONE which not only burns but is wildly toxic and pungent. Never again. read more
