Their menu was entirely in Spanish with the typical cuisine of the region: charales (battered baby fish), caldo michi (catfish), fish and shellfish. With the various music playing, we started our meal by ordering appetizers - guacamole with chips and Tostadas de caviar (A flat, crispy-fried tortilla topped with caviar sprinkled with garnishes such as lettuce, tomato and onions). For our entree, we ordered cheese quesadillas, shrimp empanadas and some meat dishes such as Arrachera (skirt steak) and t-bone accompanied with rice, mixed vegetables and guacamole. Although few patrons remaining, it took a while for our main meal to arrive. The food was okay but needed some seasonings for some. They didn't even have steak knives to cut the meat. The food prices were a bit high but one's paying for the view. We can't recommend this place.

I don't know if they do that to tourists but be careful if you go there. The service was good so I give them 20% tip.
