On this trip, I got my usual go to at taco trucks which is a couple of tacos and a mulita! Just as delicious as I remembered. I came through on the later side, so there wasn't that long of a line. The place was really chill on the people were really friendly. This place is located in Sylmar, which is where the 5 and the 405 converge. So if I haven't gotten food yet, it's a great stop on the way up to see my folks in the Bay Area. So glad I did. I think I should start making a tradition whenever I drive up.

I started on the green zone and felt the kick of the spice and concluded that this spice was a bit over the top. Typically spicy isn't an issue as long as the flavor holds up and keeps me digging in. However, the spice was overwhelming and the sour taste of the tomatillo in the sauce kept sinking my experience deeper and deeper into the abyss!
