I dropped off my car at the Mario's auto repair shop on 9989 Global rd, Philadelphia 19115, couple weeks ago, to get fixed from whatever was causing water getting collected in the roof and doors of my car. I called there and explained the issue to Lucas Gratkow priorly. When I was picking up the car, ı saw a pile of water under the carpet of the front passenger seat, which ı never saw that carpet being wet before. It can happen only when you drain water that comes from the roof, from under the front compartment which is across the front seat, not carefully, and you spill that water in the car. There was so much water that after ı cleanup up that water, ı had to leave the doors open for a week in these fortunately hot days. Of course Lucas Gratkow didn't admit that he spilled the water. In fact, when I asked him to do something about it at least to take that pile of water out, he was staring at me with such an anger that I thought like he was gonna hit me or something. I got scared of him because it was Saturday and no one was around. Another thing is, he didn't even drain the water all the way through and charged me $250+tax for that. When I was driving away from there, I heard the sound of the water from the roof again and went back to ask him why he didn't drain the water all the way out from the roof. He said that I have to pay him that much money again to drain rest of the water. After couple days, I went back to Mario's shop and asked them to refund at least half of the money or to drain rest of the water. Otherwise, because he didn't completed the job I have to take the car somewhere else to complete the job. There were Lucas Gratkow, his brother and his uncle or father working. He didn't pay me back, instead, he gave me a speech and lecture ( just like some philosopher at the University), saying,- ... hmm, this is life! no one can give you any guarantee for anything in this life! ... bla bla bla...! He was getting excited about his speech even lauder and non stop. When I was trying to stop him from talking BS, him and his brother turned into just kindergarten children and tried to humiliate me by laughing at me saying,-
ha ha you wanna sue for only $250?... ha ha.
Next day, I took the car to another shop to drain the rest of the water and unplugged the way of the water completely. They did a very good job, they talked nicely and respectfully and charged only $150 for their job. I'm keeping both receipts and all the other details of the incident in written form for just in case...So, at the end, I paid $400 for the job because of the unprofessional people who don't know what they're doing in that Mario's auto repair shop. I wish there were rate numbers with negative signs. I would give to these people negative-10! Take your car to professionals! read more
