    In 29 days will mark a year ago that i bought my 2020 vw tiguan from absher arnold. Today my car is…read moresetting and will need to be towed to wherever it goes next. I purchased my car on june 28th 2025 on june 30th 2025 the car leaked all of its oil out. On july 1st absher arnold took my car in for service. On july 3rd absher arnold's service department left me a message letting me know my car was not fixed yet but i can come pick it up and make my own appointment over at volkswage. I messaged the salesperson i had purchased the car from explaining the message they left me and explaining how this was not right i will not be picking the car up unless it's fixed if not they can take the car back.The sales lady gets back to me apologizing and letting me know she will get with her managers and resolve this because it should have never been put out on the lot like that. (also between this time of them working on my car i had to switch out my loner 3 times 4 including a car i drove of their lot that had a check en light come on immediately after leaving the day i took my car there). I got my car back on July 28th. Absher arnold sent the car to volkswagen where they claimed oil leak due to pcv failed timing cover gasket causing oil pan to crack. August 11th all oil is out of car again this time no puddle to be found under the car. Absher arnold took in the car did not send the car back over to volkswage. Absher arnold's service department claims there's nothing wrong with this car it's is completely fine. I get the car back on august 13th. Two days after getting my car back oil light and now check engine light is on. Absher arnold reluctantly takes car back after telling me they have no loner cars available this time. (they have just been letting me drive cars off their lot as test drive as I am only 18). Absher arnold keeps the car for awhile no updates or communication on what's being done. I call service department at some point asking what is wrong what's being done. Absher arnold replies they need to make an appointment at volkswagen. The car finally gets over to volkswagen. volkswagen works on the car consisting of turbo bypass valve replaced connector and replaced coil pack. i get the car back on august 29th. On Sunday august 31st oil light is on once again i messaged my sales person pretty upset. I received a reply back on September third due to the holiday weekend simply saying i will have service call you. I take the car in again the following day. Once again when they give me a car to drive this time i drive down the road and the sun roof would not close they give me a different car. Five days later on the 9th i have to take the other car back to switch for another car due to them asking me to. Saturday September 13th I messaged my sales lady letting her know the jeep i was driving was letting her know the odd sound it was making just to inform them. I never got a reply back therefore i stopped communicating through my sales lady and started just talking to management and service. I have never had more of a hard time trying to get ahold of management anywhere in my life. On October 14th i picked my car up once again with no information on what they did or didn't do. On October 22nd the check engine light came on once again. I try to take my car back to absher arnold again the following day. Absher arnold informs me i need to take the car over to volkswagen myself. I argue back and forth with management and got no where except them letting me drive a car off their lot. When i take my car to volkswagen i had to put in into service under my name this time which i just felt off about considering i had issues with this car since i've bought it.At this point i'm very disappointed and looking for answers i didn't know to be upset with volkswagen or absher arnold. I decided to call volkswagen myself on October 30th. first off absher arnold picked up my car from there with out telling me a day or so after be bringing it to volkswagen then volkswagen also goes over everything they have done to the car and what absher arnold denied service on. Yes what absher arnold denied service. Absher arnold hid the fact that in august when the check engine light came on code po451 came up. My car needs a cylinder head. My car has been using oil because i need a cylinder head. Absher arnold lied to me for months about this. After getting off the phone with volkswagen i decided to just keep my cool and confront absher arnold about it the next week. absher arnold denies ever knowing anything about the cylinder head. Absher arnold also will not get the cylinder head fixed they tell me they will give me some time and then they can trade my car in.They wanted me to come up with a new down payment and trade in my vehicle for another on their lot. I just didn't know what to do anymore and let the car sit until letting them know i am not trading in my car for one that probably will have issues and adding my loan to another car loan.

As for the dealership itself, I am disgusted. I had to call almost every six months to show them that I had insurance because they kept saying my insurance company was sending them letters saying I no longer had insurance. At one time I had to three way call them and my insurance because they typed in the insurance policy wrong and refused to try and fix it. This was every six months when my insurance renewed. They would never send me the letter. I have paid of my vehicle many months ago and have yet to receive my title because even after multiple times making sure that my title was sent to the right address they sent it to the wrong address. After it was sent, about 11 days, I called again to verify where it was sent to and was lied to saying it was sent to the right address. It was then lost in the mail and a new one was ordered 1/27/23, three days after I asked them to order it. The title department has taken no responsibility for their mistakes and fully tried to blame the post office and myself, I could of picked it up at the dealership, however I have moved out of state and didn't see how sending the title would be difficult. I called today and the new title has not been received by them. This place also would not send me my contract. I was charged more than what the told me and when I asked for them to send me my contract via email, since it was electronically made, I saw no reason they couldn't they refused. This place is awful. Their loan department and title department are just terrible. I just want to be finished with this and they keep screwing things up and forcing me to deal with them.

    Long story short, I was stranded near Marion with no keys and no wallet, so I needed to get to a…read moreNissan dealer ASAP to get a key for my car so I could get back home. I contacted the dealer and they said they had my key in stock. The rep on the phone was very helpful and understanding of my situation. I had also lost my license, and apparently you need photo ID to get a key made. Luckily, I had my student ID on me, and they were able to work with that. I got my car towed to the location and left it in their parking lot overnight to have my key made and programmed in the morning. The next morning I went back and everything went smoothly. The rep at the desk remembered our conversation from the day before and was able to get me attended to right away. I was notified of some factory recalls, so I got that taken care of while I was there. The whole thing took about 2 hours. An random added note, they have a Starbucks coffee machine in the waiting area that makes some fantastic hot chocolate. Overall, everyone I interacted with was really nice and helpful. It helped alleviate the nightmare of a situation that I was in. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the price. The factory recalls are free, but the cost for the new key/sensor, and the labor totaled to around $300.

I…read moredid not buy a car from Julian? however I did speak to him about buying an a CPO warranty, in spite of knowing that I was not going to be buying anything from him, he went out of his way and guided me in the right direction And really helped me out in making a decision of what warranty to buy and informing me of all of the options that were available. So if management or ownership is reading this review, you have a gem in Julian and he is an amazing asset to your company.

I also ask if they could trouble shoot the ABS light that was illuminated. I received the car back ,I test drove the car, same issue I brought the car in for. In addition they charged me $75 for their opinion why the ABS light was on,they did not scan the system, nor did they do any real trouble shooting, wheel sensor where not the cause for the light as they stated I later learned . They also said I needed brakes and rotors. Brakes and rotors are brand new. This place is not a real Mercedes dealer they use the GM shop next's store for their shop. I was told they would work with me on remitting the alignment issue and would call me Monday. Three weeks later no call. Now I have to seek repairs elsewhere it would be nice to have the money I waisted their.
