From start to finish, his work was impeccable. Additional highlights include: - We were on a pretty tight schedule and he was able to work with us to get the job done quickly (without compromising on quality whatsoever). - He was very communicative and responsive such as when I requested the initial estimate (and asked tons of questions) and scheduling. - He carefully covered our furniture/appliances/rooms to ensure there was no damage during the process and he very cleaned the areas thoroughly when he was all finished. - He worked so efficiently, and not to mention quietly, which allowed me to still work at home during. - He was very friendly and respectful, including towards my dog who insisted on saying hi to him. - I ended up paying exactly the same amount as the estimate he initially provided me. Thank you so much, Charlie! We will certainly contact him again if we have any drywall repairs needed in the future.

Tri-City offered the same services as everyone else for half the price. In addition, they gave my community a discount, since so many of us needed the work done. From the start, the communication from Jimmy has been excellent. He promptly responded to all emails within hours and informed me about weather-related delays. The work was done in 2 days and looked incredible. The crew was courteous and mindful of landscaping. On top of that, they installed all the screens I had stored in the garage, and replaced some spotlights that were too high for me to reach, free of charge. Tri-City definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to service and quality, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic Work and Communication…read more Jimmy was so gracious in doing our small job at our rental house. We needed the shed (18 x 16 x 20) primed, caulked, and painted and some facia/soffit repaired. He did a beautiful job, worked around the crazy rainy weather, and was very reasonably priced. He treated our little project with the same respect as a $20,000 job, which I really appreciated. Will definitely be using Jimmy again.

When we returned a few days later we were shocked to see the state of things: - Broken fixtures including the shower rods and grommets carelessly tossed in the tubs - Empty beer cans hidden in cabinets - Unflushed feces in the toilet, complete with "splatter" on the seat - Drops of paint all over the hardwood floors - Poor quality painting on the walls, old color showing through - Sloppy lines, paint had dripped on the trim and baseboards - Unpatched picture hanging holes in the drywall - Leftover fast food trash on the kitchen counter We called Danny and expressed our concerns. He made a bunch of excuses, refusing to accept any responsibility for the poor job performed and the absolute disregard for our home. We had to hire another company to come fix the paint job and house cleaners to come clean up the mess and scrape the paint drops off the floors. I had the pleasure of plunging the toilet and wiping dried feces off the toilet seat. It was a nightmare. I would not trust him to cut my lawn. He undercut his competitors pricing and now I see why. Periodically I see his "marketing" truck parked at a local gas station advertising his services. I cringe whenever I see it, wondering who else he is going to scam.

Jason and his teams did outstanding work on removing popcorn ceiling, patching walls throughout the home, and painting the interior. The popcorn removal was thorough and really demonstrated why it takes time and $ to do well. The painting team took over after and did multiple coats using paint I provided. They let the paint dry naturally in between coats. In both cases the teams were prompt and cleaned up thoroughly. I was hesitant initially due to a review I saw, but I spoke with Jason and he talked me through it and how he would handle the work on my home - I am glad I did go with him, and I will definitely call him when it's time to paint the exterior.

We trusted his team to complete a large job on our new home purchase - remove popcorn ceilings, patch holes, and paint the interior of our new 3400 sq ft house - and our house looks worse than it did before they touched it. We have spent the last 3 months cleaning up their mess, including hiring different contractors to do the job we hired them to do. A list of issues we've experienced: * Peeling paint, caused by using a heat gun and not letting the paint dry properly * Scratched and dented several pieces of original wood trim * Carelessly painted our fireplace, light fixtures and original wood trim * Left obvious patch jobs * Sanded spots but didn't paint * Caulked areas we asked not to caulk to mask a bad paint job * Did not fix most of the blue taped items we marked off during our final walkthrough * Left the house covered in dust and paint splatter. Thankfully we did not live in the house at the time as we wouldn't have been able to move back into it in this condition. Jason did give us a partial refund (25%) but after spending $18,000 on a job, I am so disappointed and disheartened to see it left in this condition. His team did not have an eye for detail and did not care for our home like we expected them to.

Paint was on sale at Sherman Williams that weekend and he passed that savings to us! I was able to get one of the most washable high quality paints for less than the normal price of the low level. He also handled some basic handyman work while he was there. Will use again. The were more than half the others, but the quality was great.

I was disappointed with the fence repair since the replaced posts were not securely installed. Additionally, he used interior nails to put it back together. I was also not pleased with the bedroom ceiling since his solution was to spackle over the loose tape instead of replacing it. He also stated the trick to fixing cracks was to use extra paint. Needless to say the cracks have all reappeared within a week and now I've wasted my money for a repair that was not done correctly. To top it off, he used my bathroom sink to rinse his spackling sponge, so you can imagine what the result of that was.
