When we returned a few days later we were shocked to see the state of things: - Broken fixtures including the shower rods and grommets carelessly tossed in the tubs - Empty beer cans hidden in cabinets - Unflushed feces in the toilet, complete with "splatter" on the seat - Drops of paint all over the hardwood floors - Poor quality painting on the walls, old color showing through - Sloppy lines, paint had dripped on the trim and baseboards - Unpatched picture hanging holes in the drywall - Leftover fast food trash on the kitchen counter We called Danny and expressed our concerns. He made a bunch of excuses, refusing to accept any responsibility for the poor job performed and the absolute disregard for our home. We had to hire another company to come fix the paint job and house cleaners to come clean up the mess and scrape the paint drops off the floors. I had the pleasure of plunging the toilet and wiping dried feces off the toilet seat. It was a nightmare. I would not trust him to cut my lawn. He undercut his competitors pricing and now I see why. Periodically I see his "marketing" truck parked at a local gas station advertising his services. I cringe whenever I see it, wondering who else he is going to scam.

So don't assume the small price means lesser value or work. Ricardo made sure I understood the difference in the level of paints and allowed me to choose rather than just providing what he wanted. Paint was on sale at Sherman Williams that weekend and he passed that savings to us! I was able to get one of the most washable high quality paints for less than the normal price of the low level. He also handled some basic handyman work while he was there. Will use again. The were more than half the others, but the quality was great.

Tri-City offered the same services as everyone else for half the price. In addition, they gave my community a discount, since so many of us needed the work done. From the start, the communication from Jimmy has been excellent. He promptly responded to all emails within hours and informed me about weather-related delays. The work was done in 2 days and looked incredible. The crew was courteous and mindful of landscaping. On top of that, they installed all the screens I had stored in the garage, and replaced some spotlights that were too high for me to reach, free of charge. Tri-City definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to service and quality, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I couldn't find anyone who could give me a recommendation on a painter, so I started looking online and requesting estimates, hoping for the best. I found Mario Saucedo's Painting located in Selma, NC, and asked for an estimate, along with several other painters from the Smithfield-Selma area. I spoke with Wendy of Mario Saucedo's Painting on the phone explaining my situation and telling them that I needed the exterior of my building painted. She was very nice and personable, yet professional, which I liked. The company sent me their estimate in a timely manner. The estimate was reasonable and competitive with the other estimates I received. I liked that they gave a detailed estimate broken down, which the other painting companies failed to do. The others just gave me the totals for the job. So, I hired Mario Saucedo's Painting to paint my building. It was a great experience from beginning to end. They did a fantastic job. The painting was high quality. Mario has an eye for detail, and a good eye for color. Also, with my living so far away, they kept me informed of their progress and sent pictures to me of their progress, via text. They truly went above and beyond. They gave me a personal touch while still being professional and providing an excellent service. They finished the job in good time, completed just two days ago. The building looks great. I am so impressed with this company, with Mario and Wendy, and with their work. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this painting company to anyone looking for a painter.
