The rentals were delivered to the venue and picked up in a timely manner. Coordinater did a good job making sure the ceremony procession was smooth day of and did reach out to other vendors week of to confirm their timing. A team was there pre-event to set up and was complete well before the event starts time. However, despite providing clear written instructions, labeled bins and pictures, and items checklists, items were not set up properly for the wedding and day of, the bride had to remind the coordinator of multiple items that they had already reviewed repeatedly. Incorrect dishware was set on the tables, decor items were not set out, and coordinator did not ensure other vendor deliverables were executed correctly, despite meeting with them ahead of time and discussing. The coordinator also communicated that they would oversee clean up post event, which was not the case. Would not recommend hiring them for these services.

Where to start!?…read more Well, first of all, this review is far overdue. I had the most beautiful wedding on December 28, 2019. I hired Stephanie and A Daydream Wedding about three months prior to my wedding date. Initially, I thought I would be able to organize the perfect wedding all on my own. I quickly learned that I am not cut out for that and I would need some assistance. I was worried that it was too close to the wedding to hire a planner, at that point. But, I went ahead and emailed ADW and Stephanie PROMPTLY replied to my inquiry. I was communicating with a couple of planners simultaneously so figure out who I felt would be the best match and Stephanie stood out among the rest EXPONENTIALLY! She was so comfortable and easy to talk to right off the bat. She was quick with her responses, and I really felt that it was important to Stephanie to get to know ME and what my personal preferences were. Throughout the entire process, I felt like the services were tailored to me, and I wasn't being served based on some generic template. Everything about Stephanie's services felt so personalized. Let me also mention that I am in remission from leukemia, and I had recently had a bone marrow transplant. So my energy is quite low and my memory is nowhere near "good." Stephanie was so patient with me throughout our time together. She was kind in reminding me of dates and keeping me on track with scheduling, which is SO helpful for someone like me. It was important for me to work with someone understanding and patient, and I found that in Stephanie. Stephanie constantly reassured me that we would be able to work with the time given and she worked extremely hard to find me the best vendors that fit my specific needs and most importantly - BUDGET! Throughout the course of our work together, Stephanie would keep her eye out for decor, desserts, vendors, bridesmaids dresses etc. that would be of interest to me and would text / email suggestions regularly. Even if you have no idea where to start (with anything), Stephanie has a full arsenal of beauticians, DJ's (SHOUT OUT TO DJ BERNIE!), photographers, bakeries, decor rentals... the list goes on! She is well equipped and a true professional in her craft. The day of the wedding, Stephanie was sure to make sure I was thoroughly taken care of. She checked on me throughout the day to ensure all my needs were tended to, she picked up on queues (for instance, she noticed the guests were hounding the head table and had the DJ make a little announcement so my new husband and I could sit to enjoy dinner), and she kept everyone and everything on schedule to the minute! I feel like I can't rave about Stephanie enough. But, hopefully these pictures will help give a clear picture of her hard work and dedication to wedding planning. If you have a dream to create the perfect wedding, whether it be modern, romantic, boho, etc., Stephanie is going to be your secret weapon. I cannot recommend her enough!

From beginning to end, she was very responsive, great attention to detail, easy to work with and super fast response time (huge plus in this industry)! I would strongly recommend her to any brides that need that special someone to make it all come together. Having someone with experience that is easy to work with, and fabulous at what she does is priceless! Thanks again Stephanie, Until next time!

We…read morelive in St. Louis, MO so planning a wedding in Sacramento was going to be a little tough since I (the Bride) was from Southern California and the Groom had not lived in Sacramento for at least 10 years. We started planning a little closer to our wedding date in November 2009 (only 7 mo. of planning). Our wedding date was 5/30/10 - Memorial Day Weekend. She helped us find a ceremony and reception location (sending us a ton of photos via e-mail), secure 2 options for hotels for our out-of-town guests (about 70%), rentals for the ceremony. Helped us with the florist, a hair and make-up person, photographer, photobooth company...everything you could absolutely think of - she gave us at least 2 options based on what we were looking for. We only visited once (for one weekend) before the wedding where she scheduled 2 cake tastings, 2 florist meetings, food tasting (which was Mulvaney's and was AMAZING), trial hair & make-up, and visit to the ceremony location. She also helped me with verbiage and proofing on our wedding invitations, menu and programs - which we made. Kendra is very thorough and worked with all of our vendors. She is also very responsive on phone and e-mail and will respond (usually within 24 hours unless she had a wedding or is on vacation. On the day of our wedding, it is hard to show just how helpful she was since it was perfect and nothing went wrong. Her assistant for the day Jordan was also wonderful - she was always there ready to help and I really appreciated it...especially when I wanted to change out my shoes :o). I highly recommend Kendra with Pfeiffer Event Planning. You can see photos of our wedding on our wedding website: web.me.com/bcsakamoto/Brian&Charlayne/Vendors.html

This location is close to my home so one day I said let's just check it out and I'm so glad we did. We were lucky enough to get a tour with the owner who was extremely sweet! She showed us around telling us stories about her family owning the property. It was really cool to see how much they took care of the property and didn't let it just get rundown. It is absolutely beautiful. My favorite part is the chapel. It is so stunning it just makes you want to get married in there! Immediately after seeing the property, my daughter fell in love with it and we booked that same day!!! few months later her wedding day was here, the property was even more beautiful than when we first saw it in the winter. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Tracy was absolutely a joy to work with. They were very accommodating and helpful throughout the process... even when we had issues with our current wedding planner, Tracy stepped into support. My only regret is that we didn't hire them for the full coordination package. I really wish we would've paid the extra to have them do the set up for the wedding and coordinate everything because I know it would've went seamlessly! We live and learn! Lol I have another daughter who will be planning a wedding in 2027 and she is dead set on Lamoure now too! one of the best amenities this site offers is a "something borrowed room" This literally saved us thousands of dollars, it's a room with a ton of different wedding decor that you can use at no cost!!!! I highly recommend this venue for a wedding or really any event!

Our experience with Heavenly Harvest Farm after our wedding has left me heartbroken. Our wedding…read moreday itself was absolutely beautiful, but the aftermath has completely changed how I feel about this place. After the event, our wedding coordinator -- who had been so involved before -- completely ghosted us. We had discussed a potential job opportunity with the venue because Sandy was so impressed with my organization skills at our wedding -- she promised to connect with me after the new year. We received our final edit of our wedding video and were eager to share it with Sandy because she had played such a huge role in making our big day become a reality. Messages were left unanswered. Genuinely concerned, we called. Sandy had surgery right before our wedding so we thought maybe something more serious had happened. No answer. No explanation, just silence. We felt we had built an incredible friendship and deep trust with Sandy and Ralph. They made us feel supported, cared for, and genuinely excited about our day. Unfortunately, once the wedding was over, that connection disappeared. The warmth and attentiveness we'd once received were gone. What hurts the most is that we were told we could come back to visit the venue on our anniversaries -- something we were really looking forward to as a tradition. We were also told we could come out every year to help them pick mulberries from their tree for jam. We had visited the venue before our wedding and made jam from the mulberry tree we were getting married under as our wedding favors. This was something our whole family was looking forward to. My good friend called the venue to get a quote for an event and they never returned her call. It's incredibly disappointing that a place that once felt so special has left us feeling dismissed and disrespected. I hope the owners take this feedback to heart, because couples deserve better care, communication, and respect for their memories.
