Jennifer who owns this spa is super kind, caring and will go out of her way if you have questions…read moreor concerns. I've been going to her for braizilians for years because of the reasonable cost and her thoroughness. I can't recommend her enough. I discovered her from Groupon for laser hair removal and glad I did. I don't like laser as my skin is super sensitive, but with a few more sessions left I didn't want it to go to waste. During the sessions, she is patient and will adjust the intensity accordingly, always checking to make sure the skin is okay even if I'm feeling it more personally. While we were chatting, she mentioned the Brazilian promo and ever since then, I haven't gone anywhere else. Her spa is small and clean. Going to a clean spa is so important to me. A cheap Brazilian is great, but not if I can contract something from someone else. Her weekday promos are quite reasonable and worth the feew extra dollars. I've only gone by appointment and highly recommend making an appointment if you can so you don't get turned away if she's with a client.

Nearly a year later I'm still frequenting the place for manicures *and pedicures* from Brittney!…read more Showing off the shellac manicure (the pinks) I got tonight. Went in with super chapped hands and untrimmed nails from a whole month of traveling and neglect; came out with soft hands, neat trims, and shiny happy new nail colors. The nail trimming / cuticle shaping / hand care / etc are done with so much attention to detail and her polish application skills are top-notch :) I'm a perfectionist and you can imagine how happy I get when my nail colors always come out smooth and pretty. Thank you!!! EDIT: The pink shellac manicure stayed flawless for 3 weeks before I had to remove them out of necessity for work. FLAWLESS.

Park Lane Beauty is one of the best value in town for a basic facial…read more The basic facial that last 90 min includes: - hand treatment: your hands will be covered in lotion and put in a plastic wrap and inside a warm glove for almost 1 hour - full facial cleanse and exfoliation under a steaming mist - removal of white and black heads - facial hair removal by threading (quite painful makes my eyes all watery but afterwards my face is so smooth!) - eye brow trimming - facial massage - head, upper shoulder and neck massage - full facial mask choice of masks depends on your skin type And the price is $23 for first visit! And the package deal is great around $25 after that. Their massage is $48 for 1 hour, it is a full body massage! I usually bring my own massage oil and facial massage cream there since I am really picky about what they put on my body. The therapists are all great and attentive. There are also other slimming treatments and facial treatments. It might not be a really posh and spa like environment but such a good value!

I love Park Lane!…read more I've been getting massages here twice a month for the last 4 years. They give the BEST massages, I've been to a lot of place but very few are comparable to Park Lane. The price is unbeatable, about $45 for an hour. It is a clean environment, with no frills. It is usually very quiet, and because I only speak English the conversations are usually short and sweet which is fine with me because I can relax while getting a massage instead of conversing with anyone. If you like a no frill environment and a great deep tissue massage then this is your place!

I recently decided to try threading again - I'd not done it in about seven years - and after reading the positive Yelp reviews of the spa, I figured I'd give it a try. I appreciated the easy online booking, and although the owner fell ill the day before my appointment, she messaged me directly to let me know and we rescheduled to another time that was convenient for me. The space itself is small, but very nicely appointed and comfortable. The small waiting area is cozy and there is bottled water and tea available, as well as some nice products to browse. The treatment space is simple and hygienic, and her threading technique is very good - my brows look great! Also, she noted my super sensitive skin and suggested natural products that I could buy at a health food store, rather than trying to sell me on any of the products that are available for sale at the spa, which I appreciated. I googled the natural products that she recommended (diluted rose water as a toner and pure argan oil as a moisturizer), and there appears to be good evidence for both with respect to my skincare needs. All in all, a very positive experience and no high pressure sales tactics. Treatment pricing is a little on the high side, but no different than what I would pay at my other spas, one of which is in the area. I do plan to return for threading, and am now using the natural products, as well.
