The campus is locked in by gates due to safety reasons, so no trespassing while students are at school. The academics are great. The sports are good but could do a little better with more encouragement to join the teams. The campus is always clean and the bathrooms are somewhat clean. The misuse of punctuation, the complete grammar fails, it makes one wonder how educational their services are when the founder could not pass high school english. I actually gave Kristen permission to turn your child's account over to a collection agency. My understanding is that you were not anwering emails or phone calls from my office staff. Now, that you have communicated with us, I will delay the need to contact a collection agency as long as you communicate with Kristen Wood. My understanding is that all insurance payments were sent directly to you. However, the funds were NOT forwarded by you to us. I believe we are owed several thousand of dollars. This is a significant for us since we have to pay our staff to provide the ABA services. I have continued the services because I would not want to harm your child and my understanding is that his mother is very involved in following through with his programming. You very lucky she is so good at parenting. Kristen knows more about co-pays with regards to SARC. So, I will have to have her respond to your email about co-pays. Rachel is beyond dedicated to ensuring that you receive tutoring on a schedule that works for you and will accommodate you to the best of their abilities. There have been times where I have needed 3+ hours of tutoring in complicated subjects (most recently, quantitative business analysis) and both her and her tutors are more than willing to provide the time and resources to do so. Clint, my tutor, is without a doubt one of the top reasons I have been able to complete my most difficult math/business related courses. Although my subjects may be outside of the traditional lower education level courses, he always makes the material graspable and translates it in a way that allows for you to apply it to more relatable topics. They send a text for a reminder. We had Larry for our son. My son thought he was strict and a little scary but good. On their last day, Larry marked them for 7 mistakes, but during his behind the wheels for the DMV, he was only marked with one mistake. I think it's great that Larry is strict.
