Tee arrived on time and told me that he really wanted my business after reviewing what needed to be done. Tee and HYD are the epitome of under promise and over deliver which is rare in their line of business. The project went seamlessly and Tee was always responsive to any questions I had. He worked very clean and neatly (almost as if he has ocd)(he cleaned up his area of work and left it as if he was never there) which worked out perfectly because I do too!! I even paid him to do a few other things while he was here and I'm so appreciative and excited as to how he left it! (He gave me a deal/better price since I added a few things). I reviewed with Andrew my "drawing" that I had done and we sat down with each area and talked through what could work and what might be a challenge. Andrew is very creative and also so easy to work with. And he was VERY patient with me, working with me when I had to be out of town, and I totally trusted him to do the right thing with the smaller items, but for the larger items, he was willing to rearrange his schedule with other projects to allow for me to be here when he handled the them. Andrew didn't do this, he cares about the work he does and is a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!!
