I came in with several concerns about my face, and she took the time to really listen and explain what would give me the best results without overwhelming me. In the end, she recommended a filler to address my most pressing issue, and I'm so happy with the outcome. What really impressed me was how comfortable she made me feel. I've seen many injectors before, but with Fiona I felt completely at ease, like I was in the hands of someone who genuinely cares. She's pleasant, articulate, and has the eye and precision of an artist. Even more importantly, she wasn't pushy at all--she never suggested things out of my price range or tried to sell me on extras I didn't need. That kind of honesty is rare and refreshing. I left my appointment not only feeling better about my appearance, but also so grateful to have finally found someone I can trust. Fiona is definitely a keeper, and I'm already excited for my next visit!

Dez recommended doing the most "sensitive area first, then the legs, then the arms." There was some discomfort; on a scale of 1-10, it was a 4. As soon as Melanie moved to another location, the discomfort subsided. The entire process took about 1 hour. There were no marks (red patches), soreness, or downtime. They do take credit cards, but there is a 3% fee, best to pay cash or debit. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I found Joselyne very helpful, friendly and well trained. The sugaring treatment was easy to tolerate and the results were amazing. I felt fresh and clean with no bumps or inflammation. If this is your first treatment make sure you go early as you will have trouble finding the place. Other than that it was a great experience and Joselyne was wonderful.

Unfortunately, my experience at this location was deeply disappointing and concerning. From the start, there were red flags. The appointment took an unusually long time for a straightforward Botox procedure, and there was no doctor or supervising medical professional on site--only injector nurses. I was told to return in two weeks for a follow-up, which is not standard protocol for authentic Botox treatments from Allergan. In all my years of experience, I have never been required to come back for a "follow-up" unless something went wrong or the product used was questionable. *The owner responded that she did not find my name so I edited this review to include my name and validate this review. The name is Gregoria L and the visit was this year in May . Based on the results and the experience, I strongly suspect I was not injected with genuine Botox. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance and a flat-out refusal. This was a frustrating and unsettling experience. I do not feel confident that proper or authentic materials were used, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking legitimate, professional cosmetic treatments. If you value your safety, time, and money--go elsewhere. *I will be reporting this facility to Abbvie.
