I needed a new dishwasher installed so they recommended theses folks. I trust them so I went with it! A very nice gentleman showed up ten minutes early for my appointment. He took pains to keep my kitchen spotless. The entire install took just about 90 minutes. He ran several tests to ensure everything was working with no leaks. His prearranged fee was $100 and that was just fine. I ran a quick test with just a couple of dishes and the result was perfection, so I was a happy camper! I couldn't have asked for more so five stars it is!

This is the watch I always saw my father wearing growing up, so having it done properly and to the correct vintage specs was important to me. It's not an expensive watch, but it's irreplaceable. I picked it up today and couldn't be happier. It looks practically brand new. What matters most is that they honored my request to leave everything else exactly as it was -- no polishing, nothing altered. For a watch that sat in a drawer for nearly 20 years, I'm going to start wearing it every day. I'm grateful I trusted them with something that means so much to me. Wonderful, friendly service. They have my business from now on.

During the first appointment, it was discovered a part needed to be ordered that would take three days to arrive and they were back in exactly three days to finish the job. Sooo, scheduling was five stars! Competence- This guy (Jeremy) had been there, done that, and got all the t-shirts about 1000 times! Watching him work was incredible as his expertise was awesome! Five stars. Customer Service- Jeremy was very personal and patient with my questions. When he left, I felt well taken care of. Pricing- Very fair. I expected more so that was great! Every homeowner or renter needs vendors that they can rely on to keep everything in top shape. I'm delighted to add this great business to my collection!

I must say Joshua is a very respectful and caring person. They were very transparent, which we truly liked, the first thing he gave us was a price list. The price was reasonable and there were no hidden fees. The next day we met with Blair which was also a nice person and not a pushy salesman. I would definitely recommend this funeral home because they treat you with compassion and they went above and beyond to accommodate us, since unfortunately we ended up using their services a lot faster than expected. Overall, they were punctual, compassionate, and very friendly. My family and I are very thankful for the beautiful service and special thanks to Joshua, for accommodating my family and myself the day after my dad died, which 8 of us showed up to his office for the final planning and he was very comforting at this difficult time. Thank you and I have recommended it to all our friends and family in Sebring.

Over the years our poor record keeping meant that in 2018 we were unsure where his final resting place was. He went above and beyond to locate the records and help us figure out where my great grandfather was buried and all of us are so thankful. They don't use an answering service, so I was able to talk to him right away. He was kind, helpful, professional and empathetic - I can't imagine a better character for someone in this industry. He didn't try to brush off my call or delay returning my call, even though we were customers 40+ years ago. He treated me with respect and kindness. For a family who is grieving, I doubt there's a better place to gather and remember loved ones lost.
