I left for Seattle and send a text at 3:30 reminding him of appointment & that I wasn't at home. He phoned then saying he would be over in 5 minutes. He came & did the work that afternoon while I was gone. He didn't trim 1 tree like I wanted but corrected it when he arrived next night at 6 PM to collect his pay. He did a good job after all and charged a reasonable amount but it didn't make up for my anxiety of the missed appointments. Not sure if I would hire him again.

I'm 95% confident that the previous owners were actively cultivating Horsetail as it was thick enough to swim through. Carlos and his crew gave the property a close shave and now it looks like someone lives here and cares about the landscape! I am extremely disappointed with this landscaping company. My property manager was charged $3,200…read moreto have the yard cleared of weeds and new grass seed planted. The results are completely unacceptable. There is almost no grass left and the yard is now entirely weeds and looks worse than when they started. As if they came out and planted only weeds. What makes this even more frustrating is that no effort was made to correct the issue or even show concern for the poor quality of work. Instead of taking responsibility, the company responded unprofessionally, belittling my property manager through text messages and showing a complete lack of respect and accountability. For the amount charged, I expected professionalism and quality service. Instead, I received the opposite. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable landscaping services. EDIT: As you can see below by the owners reply, no professionalism and cant even make sense in his response. Do these photos look like something anyone would want to pay $3200 for? Nothing but weeds. So no, you have not fulfilled your contract and reimbursement will now be pursued through legal means.

The estimate was better than others I received. His team was able to start work within a few weeks of my approving the work. When the team arrived to do the work, I talked with the foreman Jose. After listening to what I was trying to accomplish, he made some recommendations to change my design. The end result was way better than I expected when I started this project. They were great to work with. I will hire them again in the future for other projects I have planned.

He never communicated to us that he wanted payment in cash so on a Friday at 4:45 we had to hustle to the bank to get cash. This could have easily been communicated when he came to bid on the job, and this past minute request resulted in us being late to a dinner reservation and mariners game. 2. When my husband handed him cash he asked " no tip?" No tipping not for the quality of work but not communicating a simple request and it altering our evening. 3. He asked which plants we wanted this morning and when my husband gave him the list he said they didn't have time anymore which was something he agreed to do! We have more work that needs to be done, but we'd like our time respected. And will hire another landscaper.
