He didn't hesitate to grab a ladder and pull the item for me. What stood out most was the trust he showed, he allowed me to carry the item to the front myself, even though it was a higher-priced product which other businesses frown upon. The entire visit, from walking in to checking out took no more than 10 minutes, literally! Tristan was also very patient while helping me set up an account and clearly explained the warranty options without being pushy. His attitude and customer service were truly excellent. I actually returned about an hour later, just minutes before closing, and was helped by another associate, Andrew. Once again, I was greeted right away and asked how he could assist me. Andrew was calm, kind, and understanding, and he quickly helped me process an exchange without any issues. He handled everything efficiently and made the process stress-free. I honestly didn't expect to need to visit a Guitar Center, but this experience completely exceeded my expectations.
