I was quick to retort "well why didn't you tell me this the other times?". She quickly replied "I *did* tell you those other times!" So, long story short here I am almost a year later and no allergies or sinus infections since even starting the allergy shots (and they don't start at full strength when you begin the shots). I can't begin to tell you guys how much gratitude I have, from the bottom of my heart, to Dr. Resh for pushing me to get them. I honestly just thought she was another one of those doctors trying to get increased fees from my insurance company but it turns out she's actually altruistic. If that's not a good enough review, she even has Keurig pods available for your enjoyment while you're waiting. The receptionist, Lucy, is also one of the sweetest people on the face of the earth. Oh, and one last thing: while I was going through a really bad marriage separation, Cat, one of the medical assistants, was so incredibly empathetic with me and asked how I was doing every single time I came in and just offered advice when I asked her about it. She really helped me more than you can imagine. To everyone at Dr. Resh's office, thank you for being you and making me feel special.

(1) No, they haven't, in all likelihood. Almost certainly a lie. Almost certainly the menus were changed years ago and they haven't bothered to update the greeting. (2) Nobody is calling so frequently that they've memorized the phone tree! Duh! (3) Even if some rare person has the rare combination of (a) calling frequently, and (b) memorized the phone tree, and they misroute themselves, SO EFFING WHAT?! Whoever they reach can just route them properly! This office would rather waste the time of and annoy 999 callers who would not have tried to route themselves without listening to the options, for every 1 who might misroute themselves, even though that misrouting is of no practical consequence. I'll see a different provider.

I chose this location because it's conveniently located by my home and overall, I've been very happy with the care I've received. The first appointment was long and arduous but necessary for the allergy testing and subsequently, all my follow-up, weekly injection appointments have been seamless. If doing immunotherapy (injections) you just walk-in during the posted hours, fill out a quick Google form, and get your shots. You do have to wait 30 minutes before you can leave and it can get busy so if possible it's best to try to plan your visit not during lunchtime hours when it can be busier. The staff are friendly and helpful and try their best to make you comfortable when in reality you feel a bit like a pin cushion. Overall, if you're an allergy sufferer and need support, this is a good option. I also have terrible insurance coverage but have been pleasantly surprised by the copays considering I do have to come in once a week for the immunotherapy.

Despite seeing multiple providers, including an ENT specialist, I haven't found any effective treatments. I called to schedule a new patient appointment and was able to be seen within the week. I met with the physician assistant, Marilyn, who recommended a skin prick test in order to try one of the three allergy treatments offered. However, the test alone costs $700 with insurance/a deductible. As a short term solution, Marilyn suggested a steroid shot for the time being cautioning against its long-term use due to potential severe side effects (ie: ulcers, cataracts, and osteoporosis). The staff and providers were professional but not particularly warm.

BEWARE! This Corporation does not practice good medicine…read more They are a corporate company that is hustling allergy tests and drops. This place is another medical Mill, they will make you pay up front and then try to get you to commit to programs that they keep charging you for a very long time. They said that they excepted my insurance then when I got there they said my insurance wouldn't cover any procedures ... Very strange because I literally have the most expensive policy that you can get through blue cross blue shield and it was at the end of the year so I know that our deductible was mostly met. That made me question their practice immediately. They did the allergy skin test on me and measured the size of my hives. I paid them almost $400 at the desk then they billed me another $418.40 2 months later. I've attached a copy of my bill just look at everything they are charging for with an initial visit , lol! They even billed for some "outpatiant thing" , I dont even know what that would be. I only saw them 1 time. On top of all that already questionable billing practice , check this out: I never made another appointment, In fact I said that I wouldn't make another appointment 1 month away because my work schedule changes frequently but I somehow "missed" an appointment that I never made and they charged me $50 more! Do yourself a favor and PLEASE see your Doctor to learn about better ways to determine your allergies and the processes and treatments available to you before you make an appointment with this company. They are just a corporation clearly trying to make as much money as possible.

Within 2 minutes of conversation, Dr. Legere was drawing me a diagram of what happens in extreme allergy situations - he knew exactly the crazy symptoms I was describing and had 3 possible solutions available to me. My allergies got worse and hit a low last December when they misdiagnosed pneumonia. I was feeling deperate and in late July my family doctor referred me to Dr. Legere. I cannot say enough postive things about Dr. Legere. He is a great listener, asks the right questions, gave me a battery of tests, including new tests that I've never had and with the right data and diagnosis, I am now on a regime that is giving me relief for the first time. Based on my experience and research, I believe that pairing allergy and immunology specialties is on the cutting edge of allergy treatment. It is a better pairing than allergy with ENT (which is not allergy-focused). His staff is professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was on an extended trip in November, caught an "airplane" cold flying, left a message for the nurse and got a call back very quickly with again, great advice with excellent results.

Dr. Cook recently joined the national conglomerate Allergy Partners and patient care has suffered as a result. This office now blocks patients from receiving medical treatment if they have so much as a $20 payment late by even a week or two. They will not allow patients to receive medical care until they've paid up. This happened to me today. They also report patients to credit agencies without so much as a phone call to inform them that they've done so - in my case, I'd moved cities during the pandemic and a bill was apparently mailed to my old address. I didn't learn of the bill until years later when I moved back to Austin. When I wrote office staff to make sure I'd paid it off, I received no response for months, only to visit the office for an allergy shot and learn that I was blocked from receiving care due to that years-old bill I'd done everything I could to pay. Office staff has been extremely unsympathetic to the emotional impact of their new policies. I was a longstanding patient; I paid my bills; I had a good relationship with my doctor. And yet every visit for the past several months I've been made to feel like I'm trying to cheat their office, in front of an entire waiting room full of people (sidenote: allergy shot wait times have ballooned since the corporate transition, requiring at least an hour out of the workweek). It should speak volumes that someone with severe allergies at the height of allergy season has decided to stop seeing their longtime doctor because of these unfeeling office policies.

Not a single person on this team cares about patient health - these people are only interested in profits ($$$). You can get a sense of his lack of human decency in the other reviews by the way he shot someone up with an EpiPen just to get the insurance money. Pure evil and devoid of compassion - two characteristics you do not want to see in a doctor or front desk staff! Stray FAR from these folks and do not offer them your business.
