Could not gather her attention for more than 5 minutes and needed a very timely refill on a biologics medication which has to be injected on an exact date every few months. After calling over 8-10 times weekly for weeks, it is now November 1st and they have yet to call back, yet to write the script when it was due over two weeks ago, they have yet to contact insurance for prior authorization, have yet to write the prescription to the pharmacy, or return anyones phone calls in over 26 days. Yet they have posted on social media 1-5 times daily.. They don't answer the phone, it's a voicemail service and they don't return anyones phone calls. Got sick of waiting on them and went elsewhere and had everything I needed within 48 hours! This entire place is a joke who just sits around commuting insurance fraud for payments on services never received and if it doesn't benefit them they don't do it. It's a complete disgrace.

Since then, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment or even get through to the telephone receptionist. The calls usually go into voice mail. When I leave a phone message, my calls are not returned. Recently, after waiting two months for an appointment, I went to her offices for a skin condition. She prescribed an expensive ointment that seemed to make the condition worse. It certainly did not help. After calling numerous times and getting voice mail, I finally got a live person on the phone who put me on hold. Then disconnected me. Finally, a nurse called me back and I explained that my condition had worsened. She promised to speak with Hartsough and call me back. I have not heard a word from the nurse and definitely not from the doctor. Apparently, Hartsough's practice is doing very well. Good for her. But not so good for her patients. I would recommend going elsewhere for your dermatology needs. I certainly will.
