It's taken time and various treatments, but I find the practitioners here are up to date on the latest treatments, and willing to change strategy when the desired results are not achieved. I've seen other dermatologists before, and not all of them will talk to you about how to properly apply your skincare and sunscreen, and which products you use. While they have a small boutique where you can buy products, I don't feel pushy sales techniques, and instead will recommend custom solutions.

Took him literally 5 minutes. I will literally never be back. If they are the last place I will youtube, google and chatgpt it and do it myself or have someone that I can instruct how to do it. I almost did that in the first damn place. Thanks for almost being better than having no access to medical care. I mean, if a guy was holding a gun to your head and saying "i am going to kill you" over and over again that would be torture. Being in a position of what is supposed to be a respected place of authority, dicking you around on whether you have cancer, you pay 200$ a visit regardless of whether anything besides getting you dicked around gets accomplished. Apparently according to Mengellee if you want it done right, you have to let your doctor walk in, look them straight in the eye, and tell them "I am not like these other fucking clowns you have here, I am here for important reasons, so don't fuck me around like some kind of asshole"

Since then, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment or even get through to the telephone receptionist. The calls usually go into voice mail. When I leave a phone message, my calls are not returned. Recently, after waiting two months for an appointment, I went to her offices for a skin condition. She prescribed an expensive ointment that seemed to make the condition worse. It certainly did not help. After calling numerous times and getting voice mail, I finally got a live person on the phone who put me on hold. Then disconnected me. Finally, a nurse called me back and I explained that my condition had worsened. She promised to speak with Hartsough and call me back. I have not heard a word from the nurse and definitely not from the doctor. Apparently, Hartsough's practice is doing very well. Good for her. But not so good for her patients.
