The great part of working with a team is that you can always get a hold of someone that knows about the transaction real time and no waiting! The Jackson team has done at least 8 plus transactions for me and I give all my friends and family referrals to this team. Why? Because they are the best! My last transaction was by far one of my most difficult transactions. The seller had been ill for many years and the property was in bad condition and in much need of repairs. I was a trustee for the seller and live out of the area - so I was not able to coordinate all the needed work. The Jackson team did an amazing job and fast turn around in getting this house sale ready! It was an amazing transformation and job well done - which included staging. I honestly did not have much to do until we looked at offers. The house sold in 3 days. We had 14 offers and would have had more had we not put a cut off time on the deadline. I also was super impressed by the way the Jackson team arranged all the incoming offers on a spread sheet. They numbered all the sale offers from strongest to weakest.
