I also had an issue with a prescription and they were prompt with sending a new one to my pharmacy and with rescheduling. This location was large with plenty of parking. The entrance is on the other side of the building on the first floor. The waiting room was spacious; checking in was easy and I was called in about 10 minutes. Then the clock kept ticking and ticking. My appointment was at 5:30 I didn't meet with the doctor until 6:10. The meeting was for only 5 minutes since my issue was already resolved. She apologized and said that they were running late due to a procedure. 3 stars for the wait but 4 stars for the service, toggling between 3.5 and 4 stars. Overall, I like them as a dermatology practice and Dr. Waqar was friendly and knowledgeable.

At no point did my injector discuss how many units she was going to do and what it would cost. When I went to check out, she told me she had used 170units of Dysport and my total was $1000!!!! I only had my forehead, 11s and crows feet done. That's the most I have ever paid for those areas. She provided no aftercare instructions and didn't even ask for a follow up appointment to ensure I liked everything and it looked good. I was a new client for her and had never had lytebo before so I would have expected she even pretended to slightly care what the results were. Oh and not to mention, after paying a premium for her services she's the only injector who's ever bruised me in the middle of my forehead. Tierney who also works there is super sweet and Michelle is great as well. There's too many options in the Farmington valley area with great injectors to come here.
