I had been a patient of a well known dermatological office on Mendocino Avenue, Santa Rosa. Dr Hayes left the well known office on Mendocino Avenue a few years ago. She moved to her current well-attended office at Round Barn Circle in Santa Rosa. I was a sun goddess for 50 years. My rewards for the suntanning are; every three month body checks for cancer cells (which the prior office refused. 6 month checks only), Mohs surgery every month or every other month, Blue Light treatment to deter cancer twice a year, and correct skin care. Yes, I loved tan!! I have had the "m" word (melanoma) on four different areas of my body. Because of the 3 month body checks the melanoma is diagnosed immediately. If Dr. Hayes leaves the current office, I leave with her. Let's hope she moves to Paris, Fr. (there IS a Paris, TX, not to be confused with THE PARIS!). The Dr. Hayes office staff is helpful, attentive, smiles, always pleasant, pure delight!!! The AI assistant is annoying. Welcome to the 21st century!! The phone answering is not the purview of Dr. Hayes! Dr. Hayes's prior office staff, and medical assistants( not "all" of either) at the well known dermatological business on Mendocino Avenue, heard my well founded complaints on the extremely poor interactions by staff/medical assistants, I viewed, heard and experienced myself. "The phone/front desk are the voices of the company"!!! For lovely smiles, courtesy, respect, a tranquil place of business, run to Dr. Hayes for all of your dermotological needs!!!!

Then the education portion of learning and understanding why the products I am using would not change my skin concerns which is dehydration and hyperpigmentation. I needed to find someone like Linda, because she is also a teacher of skin care. There is no pressure to purchase products because she wants me to feel comfortable and understand the product she is using that makes the change that I came to see her for. I am looking forward to my next appointment. This was one of my 'Happy Days!'

Linda completely changed that for me--she took the time to educate me on why most of those products don't work, and helped me understand which ones actually do. She spent a full hour going through my routine, explaining what my skin truly needs, and gave me clear, simple guidance that made so much sense. The facial itself was incredible--both relaxing and effective. My skin feels softer, calmer, and more radiant than it has in years. More importantly, I left feeling empowered instead of confused about how to care for my skin. Linda is not only an expert, but also so kind and thoughtful. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend MedEstheticsRX to anyone who wants real results and a truly personalized experience!

My appointment was with Dr. Hayes and among the very worst doctor's appointments I've ever had. She never really examined me and was in a hurry from the very moment she entered the room. The physician's assistant (PA) spent more time talking with me and both she and the doctor pushed a treatment on me that they never fully explained or discussed. Their primary reason for me to do it was because, "it was "covered by insurance". It was abundantly clear to me that this doctor and this practice is was far, far more concerned with profitability than forging a relationship with a new patient. I was there, primarily, to have a few actinic keratosis removed. I asked the doctor how much, and she said $150. The bill arrived today and the charge was $240. I will never return.
