He was kind, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. Both procedures left no visible scarring, which still amazes me. I also see Dr. Parks and Dr. Dickey regularly. They are thorough and attentive, and have really helped me get my eczema under control after struggling with it for some time. This clinic has earned my trust and my loyalty. Dr. Peng performed mohs surgery on my eyelid. I had no idea it would be so invasive. My eyelid was…read moreswollen shut for a week. When I went in to have the stitches removed, I had to ask him to come in and examine my eyelid. I don't think he would have if I hadn't asked. A week later, it was red and still inflamed, and I believe it was infected. It was still swollen shut in the morning when I woke up. I called his office and he wasn't in, so they asked me to send a picture. I ended up getting antibiotics from the Ukiah office. It's been over a month now since my surgery, and it's better, but , very itchy. There has been no follow up from Dr. Peng since I reported this infection. I felt like this clinic is more like a factory. There were so many people there getting the same surgery as me. Since this surgery affected my eye, it seemed like there was very little compassion. and care. The receptionist was fairly rude and cold also. I'll never use them again.
