He was kind, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. Both procedures left no visible scarring, which still amazes me. I also see Dr. Parks and Dr. Dickey regularly. My appointment was with Dr. Hayes and among the very worst doctor's appointments I've ever had. She never really examined me and was in a hurry from the very moment she entered the room. The physician's assistant (PA) spent more time talking with me and both she and the doctor pushed a treatment on me that they never fully explained or discussed. Their primary reason for me to do it was because, "it was "covered by insurance". It was abundantly clear to me that this doctor and this practice is was far, far more concerned with profitability than forging a relationship with a new patient. I was there, primarily, to have a few actinic keratosis removed. I asked the doctor how much, and she said $150. The bill arrived today and the charge was $240. I will never return.
