After 10 minutes, we got up and left to the other restaurant. Staff members were all watching the game instead of waiting on patrons. At the other place to eat it is not loud at all. But, the hostess either doesn't know how to be friendly or has an affliction prohibiting her from smiling. Rocky start just to grab some food! Waitress came to take our order and thankfully it arrived quickly. The food was ok, underwhelming. Needless to say, I don't anticipate ever stopping here again!

They've moved all the card tables to the back of the casino, literally directly in front of the restrooms. I made the fatal error of walking over a roped area not realizing it was the pit of the tables (they were much better and CLEARLY blocked off when the tables were in the front of the house when you walked in and not blocking the bathrooms!! ) Well, after realizing I had walked over a rope trying to make a straight beeline to the bathroom, I was yelled at by a gambler, so I went back over the rope, and went around the entire circle of tables. . I almost peed my pants!! I left the restroom and I went back to the slot I was playing. I was ready to leave because I felt as though I was being watched and my slot was sucking up all my money. I most certainly WAS being watched!! Security came up to me and asked me if I knew why they were there... uh yeah because I almost peed myself and walked over a rope, but went back over it immediately after realizing, I was in the table pits. The lady says well, you need to leave immediately and not come back for 24 hours. Wow, ok!! No warning nothing... I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars there between the losing slots and meals at the restaurant and this is how you treat a customer. I keep giving that place a chance, but I'm done now. Slots are extremely TIGHT... and the place was empty, so that's telling. I'm surprised they're still open to be honest... I'm not returning.

We stayed at the hotel so we ate here for dinner that night and breakfast the following day…read more The staff were really friendly, they were a joy to chat with and very helpful. Dinner was okay, nothing super spectacular. Good if you don't feel like going out after arriving. But breakfast was excellent, eggs were cooked to order perfectly, and the hash browns were the best hash browns I have, literally, ever tasted. I think the buffet was a little scary to have running during a covid surge, so we avoided it. But that was my only concern.

Flavor was missing on everything. The frozen dessert contained zero dairy. There was one beef dish and I used the term beef loosely. Not even the Coca-Cola was good. I had very low expectations going in, I really didn't think it could get worse than it was. Our server was nice, but never refilled our drinks or checked on us once. We arrived at 11:30 on a Sunday, several of the entrees were empty and when I asked when they would be replenished, the server told me she wasn't sure if they would... Very odd considering they don't close until 8 PM and the lunch rush had barely started. When I went to pay the ticket, the cashier asked me how everything was. I said not great and she said OK. Your total is $42. $42 for two adults and two sodas.., barely worth two dollars. I did leave a $5 tip but only because I felt bad for the "server."
