I know some people complain about the prices, but I truly believe you're paying for convenience and the overall experience. The staff is always kind and accommodating, and even the guests are generally pleasant. Out of all my visits, I've only had one issue with a food order. I had to walk near the kitchen to get assistance, which caused me to miss a bit of the film. But in their defense, it was during a very busy showing for a popular movie, and they were super accommodating once I got help. Matinee tickets are typically around $7, and if you're a loyalty member, you can sometimes get them for $6. I've heard Tuesdays are even cheaper, though I'm not sure of the exact discount. One great tip: purchase your tickets online! You can also order your food in advance, select a delivery time, and have it brought right to your seat. We found free street parking and headed inside. It looks like they have 4 theaters that show at once. This is like your small town indie theater (which was the kind I like!). You pay for your tickets inside before the concession stand and then head to your movie. No student discounts from what I could see. The day after Thanksgiving was packed! Every seat in Skyfall was full and they had to bring in extra seats for the overflow. The way the theater is structured, you actually can sit comfortably in the front row so definitely step up to the plate if there are no others. I did feel a little squished, but I don't think ever anticipated that many people in a single showing. Great theater, great feel, and certainly a highlight of the town.
