Brad was beyond knowledgeable with the market pricing, general market status, building comps etc and he was super easy to work with. We were honestly blown away with how absolutely responsive he was; If he said "I'll get back to you this afternoon on that" he got back to you on that! His attention to detail on the all procedures, paperwork and policies was unmatched and he truly made the "sometimes" overwhelming process of listing a home feel very gentle. Cannot recommend him enough, we trusted him implicitly, a TRUE professional. Our last experience with a buying agent (out of state) was TERRIBLE. Her attention to detail was terrifying. We are in our upper 30's and she actually sent us 2/5 listings she thought we might be interested in that were in "assisted living communities" for seniors aged 65 and up with $1,000 a monthly HOA (on a $450,000 purchase) She also made us lose a condo we really wanted to purchase by not putting an offer in for a week when we told her to. I am only adding this story as I/we are NOT easily impressed in regards to *some professionals serious lack of attention to detail but the experience with Brad was worthy of much more than five stars.... Cannot recommend him enough. I would also like to acknowledge a certain real estate agent Lyndon Hanson who is on Brad's team. It was Lyndon who worked with us originally when we purchased this rental condo. Lyndon is also wonderful, responsive, knowledgeable, and honestly we just liked his general vibe as we were out with him touring multiple properties and spending a lot of time with him doing house inspections etc from Lake Oswego to Bethany to downtown. Lyndon was not pushy at all and he always had our best interest in mind. When we decided to sell we contacted Lyndon again *without hesitation and we ended up working with them both on this listing. Class is becoming an endangered species these days, and these two guys are absolute class acts.... BRAVO GUYS !!

From being available at very short notice to accommodate our viewing requests during our one in-town long weekend house search, to getting on the phone to request information from other agents, to making sure that our mortgage paperwork was on track for expedited closure date--Andrew and his team did everything to make sure that the process flowed seamlessly. He was hands on for every single step of the process (e.g. being present for the home inspection, calling our lender to make sure that the mortgage paperwork was being processed on time just to name a few). We were incredibly impressed by his professionalism, availability, insight and knowledge, willingness to reach out, ability to problem-solve...if we were to buy or sell in the future we would not hesitate to work with Andrew and his team again. Frankly, it's hard to imagine how anyone else can top the job that he and his team did.

But Andrew was the perfect combination of helpful, without being pushy. I had a lot of conditions about what I wanted, and am pretty picky. My search lasted a really long time, and he never became impatient or acted like I was wasting his time. Andrew was always on my side, and I loved how he would present me with a different viewpoint I might not have considered, yet gave me space to come to my own decisions. He is an excellent negotiator, and it was his strategy that got me my home. He's knowledgeable, always responsive, listened to my concerns, had great input - all around just what I wanted and needed! And an extra shout out to his colleague, Lou, who braved the snowy, icy roads to show me a house which I was SURE was the one (it wasn't). At closing, Andrew and his team walked me through, step by step. As a first time buyer, I had no idea of how it all worked and had a lot of trepidations about the process, and they honestly made it so easy! They took care of all of the details, from inspections through escrow, and Andrew negotiated and coordinated some sewer repairs that had to get done, so I didn't have to. Andrew was absolutely invaluable, and I've already recommended him and will definitely use him again if I am back in the market. I can't recommend Andrew and his team highly enough!

It's a daunting process to move several states away, and we're so glad we got in touch with Zach so early. He happily bounced around the area with us for showings half-a-year before we planned to move, and when we were finally ready, he was our trusted advocate through the entire stressful process of buying a home. We had some pretty specific needs that were hard to fill, and ran into significant bumps along the way, but Zach was there to guide, reassure, explain details and nuances, and help us press forward when we were discouraged. He's also surrounded himself with incredible people he trusts to ensure his clients are making safe, sound purchases, in a timely manner. Not to mention, he's just a fun, interesting guy to talk to. It took us a quite a while to find the perfect place, but he was patient and diligent. Finally we connected on one property, and "wham bam thank you mam" made an offer. He helped us through the "Counter" offer process, because as you can imagine, "Tiny Budget/ a lot of requirements" would have a lot of interest from other buyers. I liked that he really understood the real estate process in Oregon and was able to navigate us through a 30 day escrow, especially the process of reviewing the Inspection report. He never pushed us in one direction or another, but gave his experience about what can happen in different situations...but always left the final call up to us. We highly recommend him.

Our anxiety and fears were immediately eased and with information we could make action. Our timeline was very tight and once we figured out finances (directed by John), we were introduced to Jordan, and both he and John were right on it, not only finding homes, but helping us through the whole process.
