Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make, and Julie is the person you want by your side. Her expertise, guidance, and wonderful sense of humor made every step of the journey enjoyable. She helped me find the home where I raised my children almost 20 years ago, and now she's helped me find the perfect home for this next chapter of life--one I can share with my partner, grandchildren, and family. I couldn't recommend her more highly. read more

Julie and Rachel get our highest recommendation. Amazing ladies, highly skilled at real estate, and very actively involved...with tons of great feedback and suggestions. It is a very tough market right now, but Julie got our house sold at a strong price. Closing was on October 9, 2025. read more

Julie was amazing, and we would work with her again in a heartbeat. She was extremely responsive and always provided helpful, detailed information that made our home search easy and efficient. read more

Julie is a very impressive Realtor! I placed the burden of finding a house, sight unseen, on her expertise, I was not disappointed. She looked at many properties, video linked them, made crucial examinations of the condition, all weather road accesses, traffic patterns, taxing areas, and made excellent recommendations. She negotiated the prices in a very fluctuating market, advised when conditions and price were not compatible to a good sale. I could say, she negotiates like a Piranha, with your interests as the basis. I personally would recommend, she is just a great person, and a fantastic business mind! read more

I met with Julie and knew right away she was the right RE Agent for me. She knows the real estate world for sure. I always felt like she was working for me, putting me the customer first. I could always contact her with any questions I had which was important to me. And her negotiation skills are top notch. You cannot go wrong with Julie, she's an excellent Real Agent Agent! read more

I worked with Sandra on a herculean effort of getting a new house on really short notice due to some unexpected life changes. She tackled the challenge head on and we closed on a house in about 6 weeks after we started looking. This is the third house I've bought, and it was by far the smoothest experience despite the short timeline. read more

My wife and I were very nervous to start the home buying process since it can be very intimidating. Julie was recommended to us by my mother-in-law and we couldn't have asked for a better person to help us in our journey. She was extremely patient and helped us every step of the way. My wife and I are so thankful we had someone we could trust and would give her honest options on different houses we looked at. Julie you're the best and thank you so much for everything you and Front Door Realty did for Nicole and I. read more

Julie Baldino at Front Door Realty has been invaluable in our quest to buy a house in Oregon. In the process we have seen a dozen of houses of all shapes and sizes all across Oregon and she never complained about them being remote or out of the way. She guided us through numerous inspections, appraisals and price negotiations helping us to get the best deal possible. Not to mention that we have mostly been out of state during the entire process so she had to schedule, coordinate and arrange a lot of moving parts directly in our absence, which she did perfectly. Can't recommend her highly enough. read more

We feel so fortunate to have met Julie Baldino in our Oregon coast home search. As out of state buyers, we relied greatly on her to determine whether a home met our standards and was worth making a special trip to check it out ourselves. Thanks to Julie's honesty and tireless driving from the Portland metro area to the North Coast of Oregon, we found a beautiful home and moved in this summer. In our opinion, she went above and beyond for us. She was always prompt in getting back to us with answers to our questions and kept us in the loop as our transaction progressed. It was the smoothest real estate purchase we've ever had and is a testament to Julie's hard work. read more

We cannot say enough about Ryan Grant with Front Door Realty. We had a very small rental house to sell and called and spoke to him about listing it. He met with us at the house and gave us comps on selling it. We agreed with a selling price and he had the listing posted within a few days. After the first open house and slim showings, we asked that he reduce the price (our request, not his). The very next day, appointments were rolling in. We had two offers from the first two showings and one was more than the original listing price. Ryan kept us informed every step of the way and was very thorough in answering any and all questions. We have bought and sold several houses over the years and we have never had a more honest, dependable, and knowledgeable agent as Ryan. He was always available to answer our calls. Ryan was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. We HIGHLY recommend Ryan Grant as the one to call if you are selling or buying a home. He will go the extra steps to provide a smooth selling experience, making the experience less stressful. From what we experienced, I am sure that Ryan would also be the best agent to assist you in finding a home. read more

Highly Recommend Nicole! I contacted Nicole when I first starting getting my house ready to sell. She gave me her honest opinion about it's current condition in relation to how easy/quickly it would sell. I spent a few months making upgrades before we listed it, she was more than patient during that time and periodically checked in with me. When I was done and ready to list, pictures were done within a day and the listing went up the same day she got pictures back from the photographer. I had multiple offers, within 4 days it was sold! The buyer was picky and wanted a lot of little repairs done. Since I had already moved out of the area, Nicole was quick to get estimates and arrange for repairs I couldn't have done myself. In the end she got the sewer work that was needed done before closing day! Couldn't recommend working with her to sell your home enough!! read more

Working with Anthony Brungardt made our first time buying experience a good one overall. Even with delays and different situations that were beyond our control, he was always available even in the evenings and was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. He did everything he could to get our concerns addressed as soon as possible. He did his best to explore and offer different solutions to any problems that arose. We really appreciate his hard work and excellent communication with us throughout the whole process. He was a friendly and pleasant person to work with, and we definitely recommend him! I could not recommend Front Door Realty highly enough to my friends and family. I met with Chris Swanberg for a free one-hour informational session on tips and tricks for being a first-time homeowner and buyer. He was professional, polite, and eager to answer any and all questions that I had for what I feel was kind of a silly appointment, seeing as I knew so little. But he was friendly and provided loads of resources that I still have yet to finish. The office and lobby space is clean, professional, and very very lovely. The office is located within a residential area close to Fourth Plain, which makes it a beautiful blend of suburban and slightly urban. I felt relaxed and safe in wanting to ask my questions for pursuing my task of being a first-time homeowner, and I could not be happier with the experience I had. Thank you, Front Door! read more

Jordan is fun to work with and really knows the Arnada neighborhood. He found us just what we were looking for in terms of price, location and size. That was really amazing as there was hardly a thing on the market within our parameters. He got us to a good loan officer and we got prequalified in a few days. He also ALWAYS RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY to our queries and concerns. He won't drag you out to see stuff outside your stated parameters. We would definitely work with him again. He is so good to work with because he would never hard sell a home that didn't already meet your outlined parameters; he is trustworthy. read more

My father recently had several strokes, and as a result had some memory challenges. He needed to downsize and sell his home, and working full time myself and managing my own family stuff along with his medical care was overwhelming. We had Julie sale our home a few years ago and absolutely loved working with her. I did not hesitate and reached out to her to see if she would take on his home to sell, and represent him as his realtor. I am so grateful I did, she handled everything, and was incredibly patient with my dad, during the process. The home sold very quickly, and the transaction even with a few minor issues (with a previous title issue, nothing related to the present transaction) was seemless, Julie managed everything. Julie takes extreme pride in her company, she's honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and above all a wonderful person. She had a great marketing strategy, and her and her team went above and beyond to help our family. Many thanks to Julie and Front Door Realty! read more

I contacted Julie Baldino because she is a Certified Distressed Property Expert. My husband and I were getting a divorce, and were having to explore options during an extremely difficult time. I could not recommend anyone more wholeheartedly than I can recommend Julie! Julie truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile - she even helped me find a rental. Julie is highly intuitive and uses her ability to establish and foster good relations. As an advisor, Julie knows exactly when to guide, and exactly when to give you space to make decisions, without exerting any sales pressure whatsoever to go a certain course. As a liaison with the bank, Julie's connections are priceless, because having relationships with real people at a seemingly-faceless institution gets to success in a short sale. Julie is one of the rare people out there who is honest, non-judgmental, and does everything that she says she will do, including telling you when there are bumps in the road, and what she needs from you to fix them. She works hard from start to finish. Julie Baldino delivers - and she does it with class. read more
