Cooper Heating and Cooling is one of our favorite companies in Colorado Springs. I have had bad…read moreexperiences with some alternatives, but we give Cooper highest marks. (From husband:) Conner at Cooper was professional and proficient in all ways. I had a challenging issue with my boiler, and it took two trips, but the central problem was resolved. Conner also took the initiative to fix several other unrelated minor issues, and left with the system working perfectly. I also appreciated that their rates were reasonable, that they were able to respond quickly, and were always punctual. One downside to Cooper is that they only do heating and cooling--they won't fix your toilet. But for what they do cover, they are great.

I have issue with AC not working properly. It's pretty hot in our home. Spent $16000 for a new…read moreHVAC two years ago and have had issues more than I probably should. When you place a service call plan to spend at least 10 minutes on the phone with an AI representative taking all your information. And it seems like they've got it all and then you get an actual representative calling you back and that's another 10 minutes. Then they tell you that they don't even service your unit anymore. It's another company in Colorado Springs that handles it so you have to call that company. If my unit was over five years old, I could see where this would be fairly normal but for that much money, I would think it could work fairly well being only two years old. The use of an AI agent is very frustrating, especially when you have to repeat all of the information to a live agent all over again. When I called the other company, they don't have 24/7 agents I had to leave a voicemail. It was 8:30pm at the other company called back thank God. I ordered this HVAC through Costco. I don't think I'm going to order serviced or products from them again. The other technician who is coming out on Weds is actually very professional -- please know that my one star rating has nothing to do with him.

Jesse was incredibly thorough in explaining all of our options and answering every question we had. He was patient as we navigated different quotes and circumstances, and he was always quick to respond. His communication and customer service are unlike anything we've experienced with recent home repairs and upgrades. Not only was Jesse's pricing fair and reasonable, but you can tell HVAC is his true passion. He genuinely wants to help people because he cares, and that really shows. Installation day was just as seamless as the rest of the process. Jesse arrived exactly when he said he would, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. His HVAC technician, Josh, was fantastic as well--very knowledgeable and professional. They both made us feel completely at ease. Later that day, Jesse even followed up to make sure everything was working as expected and that we were happy with the installation. We couldn't be happier with our decision to choose Jesse and his team, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, communication, and genuine care these days. They are truly the good guys, and we're so thankful for their help! The Hutchinsons
