I suspect they initially charged my insurance company a significantly higher amount, likely $500 or more, and the pharmacist seemed more concerned about deflecting the issue than addressing it fairly. His unprofessional behavior, lack of empathy, and failure to communicate properly with me made me lose all trust in this pharmacy. This experience was not only disrespectful but also raised serious concerns about the lack of understanding of basic procedures, including HIPAA regulations. We were headed to Pittsburgh and wanted to top off the tank. From my phone's map app it looked close to US 30, like a hypotenuse going north and east. It wasn't. Upon arrival I could see that surprisingly Costco gas was NOT cheaper than most of the stations in the area. We picked up a couple of things, one of which we couldnt find and needed help. I will say that their plants and pumpkins during those times of the years are a bit overpriced but their mum's in the fall are really pretty. We do try to avoid coming during peak hours because it can get very crowded, very easily. I'd actually love to see them get a bigger building so that shopping was a bit easier for customers.

However, the last few visits they have been very unfriendly and behaved as if my shopping there was a burden. Well, guess what? I won't be burdening them with my business again. If service is not an issue for you, the store carries a number of harder to find health food items but the prices are quite high for some of them. You can find many of the same products at Krieger's, Whole Foods or Trader Joe's for less. Often items on the shelf are out of date. They sell a good selection of bulk spices and staple items. The produce is from local farms and they have some nice selections depending on time of year.
