Please be sure to reconsider having your order delivered. My family and I placed an order, spoke with the driver, who is also the person that took the order...made the address and unit very clear...even asked the driver to call upon arrival. However, an hour goes by...we called back to the store to inquire of the delivery...only to find out that the pizza were delivered to the wrong address. The driver said her gave the pizza to a little girl that came to the door. We explained that no little girl lives with us, so the delivery was clearly delivered to the wrong address. Same evening, I spoke with a manager by the name of Noresh(sp), he explained that I will receive a refund, that was on July 28th...I called back on July 29th to confirm the refund and he were not available. I called back on July 30th, Noresh answered the phone and proceeded to give me false information regarding the refund. To this day, August 15, 2025...We have not received the refund due to us in the amount of $29.79. Dishonesty like this from a manager would just make me wonder what else he is being dishonest with...outdated products that could make someone sick..or cause food poisoning...being unclean or unsanitary... You never know. Nowadays, if someone chooses to patronize your business amongst the many there are to choose from...be an understanding owner and make the mistakes of your employees RIGHT. Ultimately, we decided as a family that this manager decided out refund was not important or warranted due to other reasons beyond our control...which would include our race, and neighborhood. After waiting 10 minutes past my order pick up time I called the store which they immediately put me on hold for over 5min so I d/c and decided to go inside. I ordered for delivery 3/8/21, two pizzas, one small bbq chicken and one XL Big Cheesy with add on toppings (bacon, ham, mushrooms, red onions and spinach) and a family size garden salad with Greek salad dressing. This was my first time to order a pizza from Marco's Pizza. I wanted to try a different company instead of my usual PJ or PH. I have to say I am disappointed that the pizza staff didn't bother to contact me about any possible ingredients they may not have had. My XL pizza was missing the ham and spinach. I thought I ordered a two liter Pepsi, but I looked back at the order and it wasn't there. So I'm not sure what happened there. Maybe I forgot to add to cart. I gave them 3 stars only because of the lack of communication and the missing pizza add ons. The pizza has a very good taste and a minimum amount of add on ingredients. I wish there was more, especially if the ham and spinach was on the pizza, it wouldn't look so naked. The small bbq chicken was very tasty. One more wish would be that I could choose a thin crust over their regular crust. I don't like so much bread. The family size salad has a lot of ingredients and is very large. They provided 4 dressing packets. I'm not sure I'll ordered from them again. Not a good impression for a first time order. I wish communication was important to them! read more

This pizza place is close to our neighborhood in the lake Magdalene community of Tampa. As a treat, my husband and I like to order pizza once a week no help keep local business going and to indulge a little. The service has been heading down hill consistently over the last mont with forgotten salad, over an hour and a half wait time, inaccurate tracking info saying that the pizza has been delivered when it wasn't and when we call, the lackadaisical non concern of the people on the phone is disrespectful. Despite the "new way," that stores are handling complaints, the pen is still mightier than the sword and word of mouth spreads very fast. After calling and speaking with an individual named Garrett about the fact that our driver came and delivered everything but the pizza, there was no sorry no sense of urgency and told me that it would be another 25 mins before the salad was delivered and all that he could do was offer a credit for a future order. There will be no future order from me and I'm pretty sure none of my neighbors will be ordering anymore either. I will be posting this to google as well and on my community shopping page. Hire people who have critical thinking skills, I know it's hard to find in Florida, but they are out there. read more

I ordered wings, a Mountain Dew, a sub, and cinnamon squares from here. The wings was perfect lol I was so hungry I ate it before I took a picture. The drink was good of course it was bottled the cinnamon stuff was good but it had no icing it was dry but I made some and the sub was horrible I asked for no banana peppers because I'm allergic but it was in it as soon as I opened It hit me the strong smell of them lol could have died but it was an easy mistake I suppose I got refunded for that so it was no loss but over all it's good can't really go wrong with basic items read more

Marcos is hands down some of the best pizza I've had around here, I'm a huge fan of their Chicken Florentine! That said, the service is beyond terrible. On several occasions (5+) I've ordered from the Fletcher location and it's taken well over an hour to make. Now I don't know a ton about making pizza but an hour or more for ONE LARGE pizza is beyond ridiculous. So, moral of the story, great pizza but give yourself a couple hours to get your order. read more

The pizza here is actually pretty good! On my visit I had a pizza and 15 of their "hot wings". The pizza was made just like I asked and only took 15 minutes. Now the wings on the other hand were fatty,small,and not worth trying. They may be something kids would enjoy but if your a wing person just don't. Their menu is pretty simple you got pizza,"wings",salads etc.. The inside is really nice and all the employees seem to keep a clean restaurant. There's a really big out door seating area for parties,big groups etc.. There's two big screen tv's on the inside as well. Wonder why only 3 stars? It basically all came down to the staff. As I walk in the door I was not once greeted no hello or what can I get you nothing. On my way out I made it a point to say thanks guys! They look at me and turn back around not one word. Bad customer service is a big problem with me. It shows lack of training and management. I will give these guys another chance just because I think the pizza was really that good. I ended up at this Marco's pizza by accident, but kinda glad I did. I ordered my pizza online and thought i was ordering at the one on fowler. I feel my hunger was to blame for this. Though, this Marco's is probably the best in the area. My order was ready by the time they said it would be (15min). The place is new, and has a really nice outdoor eating area that can be reserved for parties. Also the staff was pretty friendly and courteous. Once I got my pizza and took a bite it was exactly how I wanted it to be. The crust is crispy and doughy at the same time. You can definitely tell the ingredients are really fresh. I will be coming back to this Marcos again on purpose now! read more

First, Pizza Hut, then Dominos and now Marco's is my new favorite "fast" pizza place. Their pizza is not greasy at all and always tastes great. Their estimates for when my carry out or delivery orders will be ready are always correct. The staff is friendly and if you want to eat there, they have a nice little overlooking-the-road-and-has-a-TV dining area with beer on tap. Cheezybread is also very good. I have not tried their chicken wings, chicken dippers, meatball bake, subs, desserts or salads, but they offer them. Maybe next time? Clean bathrooms too and it's a good location. :-) I only tried them for the first time like 3 months ago, but we get pizza here every other week now. read more

I love this pizza place. Not only are their pizzas great, but the service they provide is outstanding as well. I only hd 1 bad experience where they got my order wrong. One quick call and another pizza was on its way (they let me keep the wrong pie as well...lunch the next day...lol!) The manger even through in two of their desserts...like I said, great service. That also extends to their drivers. They have always been courteous when they arrive. Speaking of delivery, they have always exceeded the expectations they set. This is the best chain pizza I've ever had. A neighbor of ours was a manager here for a while, and he'd pay us in pizza for helping him out with stuff until we came to crave this pizza! I would not have tried this place if he hadn't brought it to us. I do not like Domino's or Hungry Howie's or Papa John's. The cheese is cheap and burns your mouth, the dough is cardboard, it doesn't taste like anything. This is not that! It's delicious and it's cheap. I don't know why there aren't tons more of these around town. This is our go-to pizzeria now. Hadn't tried a Marco's Pizza and this one opened recently near our house so we thought we would give it a try. We picked it up - employees were very nice and it looked clean inside. There's an eating area inside too if you want to eat it there. Tables outside with umbrellas are cute. Most importantly, we were really impressed with the pizza! It was delicious!
