Not having a delivery driver until closing time is poor business management. The food carrier services (uber/doordash) would've taken too long vs straight delivery. read more

Lady that works inside of Marco's Pizza argued me down about something she said wrong. She quoted a unlimited topping pizza medium for 899 and then she said eight 99 any topping medium pizza same price so when I told her what I wanted which was 2 toppings on a medium pizza she said no no no that's not what I said argue me down about what she said, turned me off about the whole pizza so I went to Domino's and ate a hotdog at 7/11 either way they need to get better representatives because if they try to sell pizza, this is not the way to go she clearly quoted the wrong thing and argue me down about what she said wrong terrible service. This happens today at 10:30. Whoever works around that time should be fired. read more

I used to eat pizza. I haven't eaten pizza in so long I had forgotten what it was like. Unless I made it from scratch. Which wasn't very often either. But I had an itch...the pizza itch. And I was lazy and I remembered Marco's used to be super yummy a long, long time ago (where pizza delivery places are considered super yummy). I ordered, they accommodated my half n half request - it's a weird one - so hold onto your pants... One half pepperoni mushroom and onion, the other half pineapple ham and bacon. OOOOOh, my 2 favorites! So, the driver eventually got here, it was around 40 minutes - but they quoted about that amount of time. It was normal dinner time and I think a Friday - so I'd imagine it was busy. I tipped the guy, he left...I opened the box. It was hot. It looked good. But I could swear whoever cut it was high. You got mini slices and big fat slices all in the same pie. It tasted great, I was happy with my pizza purchase. Just very oddly cut. read more

Terrible service. I ordered on Uber Eats at 8:30 pm didn't get my pizza until 10:50pm . My Uber Eats driver kept telling me how incredibly disorganized they were. read more

We used to love this place. There was no pizza like Marco's. The last three times was little to no sauce, the medium pizza toppings were all right dead center with literally three inches of crust. The toppings were so little we had to add sauce and additional toppings from our frig when we got it home. We won't be coming back. We'll go to Dominoes up the street. read more

We got one of the best pizzas from this location we've ever had. We ordered near closing and ended up being the last order of the night (sorry about that). We were concerned about that because by that point anybody would be ready to go home and just toss a pizza together quickly. However when we picked up the staff was friendly and appreciative. Once we opened the box we couldn't believe how good the pizza actually looked. It tasted as good as it looked too, I would say it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Would recommend this location to anybody looking for a good pizza. read more

The pepperoni Pizza was delicious, delivery was on time. I will definetely keep ordering from them.

I've only ordered take out but the food is amazing, the calzone and the pizzaoli dough is so delicious and the chicken is fresh. The staff was also super friendly and quick which is a bonus! Definitely a hidden gem in south Tampa read more

Great pizza, never disappointed. All fresh products and the crust is great. We ordered several for the workers at the election previously and everyone raved about the pizzas. We will continue to come back. read more

I always get a fresh hot pizza when I order from here. Service is always great and they always have my order ready when I need it. Their sausage is the best I've ever had. Their ingredients are always fresh and delicious. read more

Pizza is good if you can get through website, which is so overloaded and does not follow logical sequence. For example, I wanted to use a coupon for 2 medium, 1-topping pizzas and bread.. I actiually found that offfer on the Website. When I clicked on it, I was advisd to build a pizza from scratch and choose a sde. Then I was billed for one pizza and the cheezybread, which was above the amount of the coupon plus being one pizza short. Then trying to fill out a feedback survey, for TOPIC I selected website issues. The survey would not allow me to respond unless I selected a store. Didn't you see my answer?? The problem wasn't a store, it was your website, run by a bunch of IT professionals who probably never use their own site. That's their problem, not mine. I've changed pizza shops now, and am very happy with my new one. read more

This is for the plantation store. Food was great but bad visit. The manager andres is terrible ive seen him with attitudes towards employees for no reason bringing drunk girlfriends there vomiting and its left such a bad impression on my mind i felt the need to speak up. read more

3.5 stars- Marco's makes a pretty solid pizza for a delivery/carryout place. And they are dangerously close to my house which scares me a little... Customer service was great! I called and asked about a lunch special and they informed me of a medium, one topping pizza for $7.49 with tax as a carry-out option. They told me to be ready in 15 minutes and indeed it was on time. I went inside with my baby in a car seat to pay and pick up and the gentleman who rang me out offered to help me to my car. You don't get that offer very often. They have a frequent customer card where you get it punched every time you make a purchase. After 10 punches you get a free menu item. read more

I ordered today and they said it would be delivered at 10:35. by 10:50 the pizza was still not here and I tried calling the store and they would not answer since they close at 11. I have been waiting on this pizza and now we don't have anything to eat tonight since everything is now closed. terrible service! couldn't even answer the phone! I expect to get a full refund read more

I wish there was a negative stars. Not only did the food take 98 minutes it was not good. I called three times to be put on hold 3 times. When I asked to cancel the kid said ok cool and hung up. The only positive was the drive was super nice and apologetic. I still took the pizza but he did not make me pay for it as I wouldn't. I didn't catch his name but thank you for being the only positive part of the experience of ordering from Marcos. The pizza was gross and hollow in the middle and ice cold! This was the last time ordering from here. I wish them luck. read more

Fantastic food alway the best and nicest service the staff is always polite and very quick

Ok so after giving this place another try I'm gonna have to leave a review. The pizza is terrible, the first time we had it delivered and it took a 1 1/2 when it should've taken 45 minutes according to the website. Plus the pizza was burnt but still edible. This time we picked up and when we got home the pizza barely had sauce on it. I don't usually like a lot of sauce but this pizza had none almost. Very disappointed and will definitely not be ordering from here again! read more

Marco's was a great surprise! I was cruising around an unfamiliar area looking for that elusive 2 slice and a coke for $5 or $6 deal. This is a recurring craving for me and I'd hate to tell you the schlock I've had to settle for. I spotted Marco's sign twice, but it was right next to a Chinese place and it was really unclear if Bao's was serving Pizza or not...I know, disturbing right? I spotted the pizza joint in the back of the parking lot and pulled in, starving by this time. When you go is you're greeted with a pretty typical spot: a few tables, big glass fridge with 20 oz sodas and a counter for keeping people out of the pizza ovens and to collect their cash straight ahead. Obviously a place that mostly does delivery. I was disappointed when I found out they didn't do by the slice, but their small pizza with one topping and a coke was, I think, only $6.99. What a surprise! EXCELLENT cheese, puffy crust, great sliced mushrooms, hot and fresh. These guys should definitely have more seating and be trying to pull people in off the street. Good food, good prices - go pizza! read more

Great delivery pizza with convenient online ordering. I love that they can give you a delivery estimate when you order online, and ours was pretty accurate. We tried the saute primo (sauteed mushrooms, pepperoni and spices) on a thin crust and a meatball and onion on the standard crust. I tried the Roma crust for the saute and the parmesan for the meatball. Everything was pretty darned tasty, although my husband felt the thin crust was a little bland. read more

In a country filled with pizza joints that make incredibly average pizza, Marcos showed up and sucks worse than any of them. If I was going to enter a market filled with mediocrity, I would find a way to make my product better than the competition. If I couldn't do that, I wouldn't enter the market. I ordered a large pepperoni magnifico. It wasn't magnificent. It was hideous. Dried up pepperoni, bland sauce and a lot of grease. I've had better pizzas from the freezer at Publix. Never again. read more

I stopped by here for the first time today. The restaurant is super small; I imagine it does mostly take out and delivery . I got two large pizzas and breadsticks for a reasonable price. The pizza was so good! The sauce was flavorful and the "never frozen" cheese was outstanding. On this day, the credit card machines were down. I shall assume that is an anomaly. Everyone was friendly. I will be back to this place again! read more

Pizza is great, service is terrible. The pizza and crust is incredible. Full of flavor and options. Bad part is, you'll be craving it. Something always happens to our pizza -- and we're not even getting it delivered but picking it up. We've had the wrong toppings, waiting for an hour after a guaranteed pickup time of 15 minutes because our pizza was accidently delivered to the wrong address?!? Don't try to call the store becaues their "answering service" is turned off. Is that even possible? I'll have average pizza for timely food. read more

Wuff!! That pizza was so good! I found Marco's pizza from a flyer in my hotel room. Called, ordered the thin crust with pepperoni, sausage, black olives, and mushrooms. Picked it up, and it was so good I almost ate the whole large pizza in one sitting.... Delicious! read more

I finally tried Marco's today after being in Tampa for almost 5 months. I went with a large white cheezy pizza (-bacon, +cheddar, Roma crust) and an order of breadsticks. My total with delivery was $20...a little pricey but certainly not ridiculous. The seasoning was absolutely perfect on both the bread and the pizza and the toppings were very fresh. I'd definitely recommend the Roma crust. I think they forget the feta (or put so little on the pizza that it blended in) because I certainly couldn't taste it. That was a bit disappointing but I would certainly order from Marco's again. read more

Honestly the pictures of the pizza don't do it justice. I usually order from locally owned pizza joints, but Marco's is the best out of all of the chains. They always have deals via their website or email. The delivery time isn't a bad. The quality of their food is definitely the best. I've been ordering from this location for about ten years and never had a complaint. Marco's is the best commercial pizza spot in the area hands down. read more

The order was delivered on time. The pizza and the salad came in the same hot Box so the salad was warm and the pizza was not hot. The salad was ordered with no olives, but there were plenty there. The heat made the whole salad smell like olives, so that became a throw-away for me. Then I got to the pizza. Large pizza, 8 slices. But when I grab a slice, it falls apart in little pieces because they are not slices, but little squares. Advertised as slices, photos show slices, but little squares. Like I haven't seen since 5th grade. Then I taste it. Toppings are good, crust is fair, and the sauce is red. I say red, because I could see red. I don't know if it was tomato sauce, because it had no taste. This may be the most bland sauce I ever had. Two stars because it COULD have been worse. read more

Horrible. The pizza upset my stomach. It was salty. This is the location in Westchase. i do not recommend. The one cook looked suspect.

I gave this 2 stars because the toppings were fresh once I reheated up the pizza in the oven it was good! This was our 2nd delivery from here and both times the pizza was only barely warm. I called in on Sunday at 11:05am so I know I was one of the first orders. I was told it would be 40-45 mins..pizza arrived at noon and was barely warm. If a driver doesn't come until 1130 then why make the pizza early is my only guess since I was a first order. We also live about 3 miles away. I requested no onions on my veggie and a 2 liter of Pepsi. Pizza came with onions and with dr. Pepper. I told the driver about the soda being wrong and the pizza not even hot...he said he would relay the message. I expected a phone call at some point but that never happened. Driver was very polite and seemed concerned but not sure why management didnt address any of my 4 issues at all is unprofessional. Late delivery, pizza wasnt hot, items I requested were still on it and wrong soda. Unacceptable read more

My "extra crispy" pizza. I'm not a Marco's fan but went with the advice of my uncle. It was an awful decision. This is the worst I've ever had from Marcos. It is very slow soggy. Especially for being well done. It's too rich to really eat because it just has a wet doughy consistency. Super nice staff though. Lisa who took my order was very kind and accommodating. The gentleman who delivered it and a record time was also very kind. read more

General Review: I love Marco's Pizza! Tastes great the minute they bring it to you and still tastes great 3 days later when you nuke it. That is, if it lasts that long. Marco's is the only pizza that I like to get anymore. This store: My work is NOT in this store's delivery area (no Marco's is) but they will still deliver if I sound pitiful enough. Twice I was jonesing for a Marco's and twice they said, "sure, we can make that trip up there!" I am so glad they did! Bought Marco's for the whole office! read more

We've ordered from Marco's at least 5 times. Always great pizza. Not sure if it's their cheese, sauce, or crust but the flavor is amazing. I get the chicken and pineapple. The chicken seems fairly fresh and I would say better quality than what you'd get at Subway. I originally was introduced to Marcos by a friend who brought wings to a party I was at. I was hooked! Definitely give them a try. read more
