MEGA GREASE!!! If you order pizza here, please put something under the boxes in your car and don't dare hold the boxes close when carrying! We always order Marco's pizza when we stay at our townhouse in PCB. It's very convenient to our location and usually quick. This time it was disgusting. There was SO MUCH grease that it went through the boxes and onto our leather seats. Luckily. we were able to get that out. When my husband carried in the two pizzas, he didn't realize how greasy the boxes were, the grease got all over his pants and shirt. They were ruined. My husband called the manager. He was nice and apologetic. He said our purchase would be refunded, and he also gave us the number of the Owner, as that was all he could do for us. My husband left a message and eventually did talk to the owner: despite sending pictures of the grease ridden boxes and stained clothing, he questioned how this could have happened- Long story short- he offered us the next pizza purchase at no charge- not helpful as this will be our LAST time visiting. Three days later and the initial purchase has STILL not been credited- I feel like they realize people are here for a short time and they had NO intention of doing anything. I rarely write reviews- but this one is so deserving- after a 12 hour trip- it was beyond frustrating. Hope to save some other vacationers out there!!!! read more

The scariest delivery person of all time ! I feared for my life . The lady who delivered insisted she knocked on our door and called me , yet I was unaware . We picked up twice, both times on-time. Had the thin crust garden (veggie with feta). We were in a pinch and it fit the need. The service was good and the pizza wasn't bad and actually pretty good considering the time it took (20 minutes). We're from the Chicago area so we know pizza and this isn't like that by any means, but for a quick meal after the beach, it was actually pretty good. We got 3 pizza's to go and they where ready when we got there. the actual pizza how ever was OK at best. I hear lots of people saying how great Marco's is but I was not impressed. We ordered a pizza, one of their specialty pizzas called "The Works." We are on vacation so we went through Yelp and it took us to Door Dash to order. We looked at the toppings listed for "The Works" and thought it sounded good so we ordered a large pizza to be delivered to our condo. When my husband opened the pizza box he immediately said it wasn't right. The only thing in that pizza box was a pizza crust with pizza sauce on it, and absolutely no toppings, not even cheese. I called Marcos and was sent to the manager with my concerns and he was unwilling to make it right. He said that since I went through Door Dash I would have to take it up with them, that there was nothing he could do. Customer Service score was ZERO. Do not order from this restaurant if you expect them to stand behind the food that they prepare, because at least this location on Panama City Beach will NOT. Very disappointed! read more

We experienced poor Customer service from Justin Soltero, General Manager, Marco's Pizza 16818 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach FL 32413. On our Resort key holder was printed the Marco's ad. The ad says "SHOW THIS AD TO GET 15% OFF YOUR ORDER" see attached photo. The problem is this ad is part of the magnetic key card holder and on the opposite side is the resort information with room number, gate & pool pass code and other information for the Resort guest only. This ad is not intended to be surrendered as a coupon and it does not say "coupon" to be surrendered. It clearly says "show" the ad. The manager on duty that night was rude and required me to tear the key holder apart, making it useless, by surrendering the ad and not just show them the ad as stated. I obtained the General Manager's business card and the next morning I wrote an email to Mr. Soltero and explained the problem thinking it was a mistake and maybe he should instruct his team about "show the ad". To my surprise he responded that it was he who I dealt with that night. There was no apology of any sort in person that night or in the email communications. In fact he further went on to justify his attitude and need to collect the ad to control his investment as a business, to control that the guest is only able to receive one discount - as if one couldn't get multiple printed coupons made to surrender. This manager needs business 101 as I gave him ample opportunity to correct before leaving this review. Also the restaurant sitting area was not clean and the soda fountain wasn't working properly with no carbonation. This place defiantly needs corporate Marco's to drop in for an audit. read more

The taste was very welcome and the butter garlic sauce+garlic was an amazing combo. The other pizza I tried was a simple thin crust jalapeno, pineapple and green olives cut in squares. Just horrible , I ordered pizza at 6:17pm called in at 8:59pm to check on my order and the manage on duty was having an attitude and saying I am lying. I just bought a condo here and I will never order from this place again. Just horrible ! Beware of this place. The person who took my order said it would take 1.5 hours .and nothing.. He didn't even offer to get a new order rush over to me. I wasn't expecting it to be free, for God sacks. He even said I was lying so here is the call log.
