During there busy hours around 6:30 I ordered my food through door dash. After receiving the food I noticed that they didn't fully complete the order. After talking to a gentleman named Kyle about the issue they told me they would come make the delivery to me. Marco's is alright pizza. I prefer it over many of the big chains. I did like their Hawaiian the best so far although there was wayyy too much pineapple and it was just kind of flung on there with globs in some places and other places smaller globs. The steak and cheese hoagie I'd stay away from. Zero flavor and little of the flavorless meat. One really cool thing they have done is sent special coupons by mail (directly from them) with some great deals. I believe one was an XL 2 topping for $9.99. I placed my order (Maineville, Ohio 48/22/3. went to pick this up and there was no order to get. I get this was at 10 minutes till close when I arrived for the pickup. However the girl/guy (green hair nose rings"} could not find the order. I asked her/him if she could make the order. She said no. I told her/him i was not too happy and would contact corporate/BBB She/he didnt care. I walked out! I contacted them (this location) after hours to see if I could get a franchise owner (voice mail info) contact info while have also contacted BBB. I asked if they could give me the manager's number etc pause, they hung up!.So i called back again.... They kept pausing then hanging up on me! I Must have been 10 calls (no exaggeration) One time they answered rudely that we are not open and hung up!!!! The women/man with green hair is nothing about customer service. Good pizza and, if you watch for specials or coupons, you can get a decent deal. The problem is you have no idea how soon your pizza will be done. The app is useless. As example, the app said my pizza would be ready at 5:15 so I show up at 5:15. It is now 5:35 and I'm still waiting along with a half dozen others. Last time I cancelled my order when arriving as the 20 minute promise turned into 75 minutes and even that was suspect as the place was Jammed with angry customers. First I want to say, I've never had a bad Marcos experience until tonight. I ordered a ultimate magnifico to be delivered as I'm visiting the area from out of town. After receiving the order I went up to my room to be surprised to find out I was delivered a pepperoni magnifico. (Too which was very sloppy) I immediately called the store and advised of the error. The "manager" indigo treated me as if I was a bother, and with no empathy for the situation. She offer to give me credit, I advised I was visiting from out of town and paid cash, she then asked what I wanted in a very hateful tone. I requested the pizza in which I ordered, after making a sigh she said it would be 45- mins to an hour. I said that was fine, but again she continued with a negative tone as if I was a bother. After the called ended I called back to ask for the franchise owners info to which she advised she could not provide but I could call back tomorrow and speak with Brian. I'm hoping Brian sees this and has a nice long conversation with his employee about customer service and simply how to talk to people. read more

Stopped in for a sandwich recently and ordered a turkey club. Took forever for my order even though I was the only one in the shop. Finally got my sandwich and it was nicely toasted, but that was about the only thing it had going for it. Rest of it was just bland and unremarkable. Visiting my parents in the exurbs...what to eat!? THIS. We have experienced Marco's twice now - both times we ordered the Old World Pepperoni New Yorker and Cheesy Bread. The first time we tasted Marco's, we were positively amazed at the taste - old world tastiness...the real magilla...Old School Pepperoni, yes, salty, spicy, crispiness that will amaze your tummy! You will swear that you are at a rustic Tuscan trattoria with the pungent aromas of strong cheese,cured meats,garlic,on a perfect thin crust. Mama Mia! The cheesy bread? This ain't no fuggazi, fuggetaboutit. Ba da bing! We were amazed at the quality and taste - and the price was even better. We ordered again a week later and added the meatballs. Delicious. We had some issues with the second order (on a busy Friday night), but it was handled more professionally and fairly than any business I have ever seen. A store with integrity! Picked up our pizza tonight and absolutely nobody working there had a hairnet. The one girl didn't even have her green hair pulled back and they were all prepping food. After I signed for my pizza, the guy at the counter went back to get the salad and this other girl came to the counter and looked at me. I waited for her to greet me and the words out of her mouth were "did you need something else?" And then she wipes her face with er T-shirt. well I should've read the reviews. moved from Florida and Marcos was my go to. NOT ANYMORE. chubbies maybe now. first I ordered delivery, until I read reviews. so I ordered pick up, email cinformation said making. 25 mins later I walk in and a gang of customers not happy. gave them my name and the twelve year old "supervisor" asked my name and searched asked again. finally went to a ten foot long order hanging to the ground ... found mine and said just a minute. HAHHAHAHAH !!! lie right to your customers?? phone non stop ringing with complaints. I sit and wait... ten seconds later I get email stating it's ready. hahahaha. 37 mins later pizzas arrived. total pickup time... 1 he 15 mins. would've cancelled but that probably would've been an ordeal. the manager disappeared that half hour only to be seen sitting on his ass eating in the back hiding. ten customers pissed waiting. maybe I'llstart a pizza place next door to run them off. hate to see them on a game day. horrible experience with groceries in truck. read more

It was extremely unsettling when we pulled up to pick up our pizza and maybe 1/11 staff members had a mask on. Multiple staff members had one on them but not over their face. We observed the kitchen staff not wearing masks or gloves. Will not be back anytime soon. They had a sign saying masks were required for costumers which made it even more ridiculous they weren't masked. read more

Serious question: Is there any review one can possibly remit other than a 1-Star, when we place a takeout call to Marco's for BOGO pizza Monday, and the girl who picks up the phone with "Marco's Pizza, can I take your order?" doesn't know what day it is (seriously), and doesn't know the meaning of the term "Are BOGO Mondays still on at Marco's"? (Buy One, Get One is the acronym breakdown...). She asks the manager, with phone cupped in palm of hand, but not well enough: What day is today? And what's BOGO? She then smartly rebounds (!) after the manager tells her what day it is (Monday, dammit!), and I hear him in the background explaining rapidly what BOGO stands for. But still unable to take our order due to unfamiliarity with the menu, she quickly hands phone to manager, as though 2 pieces of relevant info are just too much for a Monday night. Massive Information Overload. Manager (or manager-in-training) then gets on phone and asks for my phone number; when I give him the correct phone number, he says (it's true): "that phone number is not in our system, I'm not sure I can take your order with that number". So, for future reference: if I walk in and order a pizza; and give you my credit card up front and let you charge it; and if I sit there patiently in plain sight while you cook it; and if I promise to not use a cell phone or read anything; would you please move forward with my order? I'll give you my Ohio driver license if it will help with the processing aspects. And, I promise, nay, I swear, I won't come in on BOGO Monday. We fixed some nice bread, cheese, olives and wine instead tonight. You guys wore me out. Never again. read more

I really like Marco's pizza. This place is only a carryout/delivery location. You cannot dine in here and that's fine with me. I prefer to grab and go anyway. There cheesy bread is AMAZING. We were way later than we anticipated in picking it up and it was still piping hot. We enjoyed their meat supremo and were very impressed by the size of the sausage pieces they put on top. Reasonably priced...$15.99 for a large specialty pizza and order of cheesy bread and the service was very professional and friendly. read more

I've never seen such a thin crust on a thin crust pizza. I can actually eat it on my low carb diet. It's a little bit salty, but otherwise really good and they bring the toppings really far out on the crust so it's just enough to hold the piece with. read more

The pizza is just pizza. I really like that. Its simple; no bells and whistles. The sauce is just right, the cheese is not greasy and the crust is good. Also, their customer service is excellent. I get delivery from there and they have never gotten my order wrong or been late with delivery. If anything, they have been early. I work A LOT (to say the least) and there are a lot of nights and when I get out of work and the last thing I want to do is cook. Marco's is quick, efficient, and I can even online order. The online ordering system is awesome. There are a million options so you can get your pizza exactly how you want it. I can be brutally honest; I prefer Flying Pizza. But they don't deliver and Marco's is a very satisfying second. read more

Beware - if you order half toppings, they charge for a full topping for each. For example, if you order a pizza with half sausage and half pepperoni, you will be charged as if it were a 2 topping pizza, not 1 as every other pizza chain in the area. I normally do carry out but I wouldn't be too surprised if they charge extra for delivery to a house with more than 2 stairs to the front door... who knows. The promotions they run aren't great. Other local chains are frequently running 50% off or a large any-way-you-want for $10 but I seldom see comparable deals at Marcos. Given that I tend to order a lot of half toppings to please different family members it makes their pizzas even more expensive compared to the competition. The flavor of their pizza is ok. I tend to prefer other local chains but will occasionally order from Marcos just for a change. I recently tried their square pizza and was surprised at how well it tasted. Very good and will come back for it again. If you are in the Maineville area and don't mind picking up and baking your pizza. I highly recommend Papa Murphy's. Very customer oriented and very good toppings that that they are generous with. They will make me a pizza with 1/3 toppings at no extra charge. I doubt Marcos would every do that let alone without charging extra for it. read more

We ahve ordered about 5 times now, mostly on a busy Friday night where pizza places usually tell you 1 hour to 1.5 hours, Marcos has delivered each time in under 30 minutes. We have been very happy with them every time. I do however recomend avoiding the wings, they were not good. read more

SHORT VERSION This Marco's store has decent pizza and good cheezy bread, but everything else falls flat on it's face and is in fact disgusting. They are severely overpriced (large 1 topping pizza and 10 wings costs $23 for pick up...) They are constantly understaffed, only having one person answer phones while simultaneously supposed to be servicing customers that walk up to the counter. This leads to long wait times when all you want to do is pay and get the heck out of there. There food is sloppy, inconsistent, and takes longer than it should to make. LONG VERSION I felt compelled to write this review after seeing only 4 total reviews, where most were rated highly. My wife enjoys Marco's pizza...but unfortunately I'm stuck with actually having to go there and pick up the food. Anyways, I've given this pizza store numerous opportunities to prove me wrong but I am just constantly given poor service and often times...bad food. My first poor experience was when I ordered delivery. I ordered online and they brought me a hoagie with the wrong sauce on it...mushroom sauce. Frustrating to say the least...and all hoagies are presumed to have pizza sauce unless specific to have mushroom sauce...so I don't know why someone made it that way? Well I was frustrated but I shrugged it off over time, as I typically do. I complained and they offered me a free pizza next time I ordered...next time I ordered I ordered a large pizza and they made me pay. I ended up paying because I'm a polite person like that and I do not like complaining. Next I ordered a pizza and some salads for the parents and my wife when they were over one night. They forget to include dressing for the salad...so I have to go back and get the dressing = frustrating. Next time I ordered a hoagie and pizza to be picked up. I went there and picked up everything, got home, only to find a hoagie that was soaked in a little paper bag full of pizza sauce. It was disgusting - I had to cut nearly a quarter of the sub off so that I could eat the rest. It was also the worst hoagie I've ever had in my life...unless you include frozen hoagie's from the grocery store that is. It was simply tasteless, that's the best description. Next, I ordered my wife the pizza with the cheezy bread...the cheezy bread is why I have to keep ordered Marco's pizza as my wife loves it. Well I got home with it, and they just gave us regular bread, no cheezy bread...so it was bland and gross, just like eating bread from my loaf in the fridge. Next, I ordered some pizza and some wings. I used to work at a pizza shop so I know it only takes 15 minutes to make and cook a pizza and 7-8 minutes for wings. They told me 25 minutes for pick up...that's fine as lots of under staffed places will tend to overestimate the wait time...that way the customer will either not be waiting so long, or they will receive pizza that's been ready for 15-20 minutes and become less and less fresh by the minute. Anyways, I get there, at the 25 minute mark, and I proceed to wait for 20 more minutes for a grand total of 45 minutes...which is how long many places can deliver in. I was given no apology, nothing. Just a "sorry for your wait". I said ok and left like any person that doesn't complain much. Once I got home, I realize that they had made the pizza bread, then the pizza likely 10 minutes later, and then wings likely another 10 minutes later. The bread was old it looked like, the pizza was hot, and then the wings were still hot. When I opened the wings, they were lathered in BBQ and were soft to the touch and mushy. It was disgusting. I literally looked at my wife, gave her a few choice words, and then tossed them in the garbage without so much as a bite or second glance. I just ate pizza instead...which mind you had way too much cheese on it. (whatever, big deal). So in summery, I've had a lot of issues with this Marco's location that ranges from incorrect orders, not giving me what I ordered, long wait times, sloppy food, etc. I find that the only thing this store is good for, is pizza, and cheezy bread. Everything else they offer is cut rate and not very good. And to be honest, there are better pizza options than Marco's...many better places. I've lived near this Marco's for 4 1/2 years, and I've had all the above bas experiences. When someone wrong happens this often, I find it insane to believe that they will not continue to happen. If you opt to buy Marco's pizza, just buy the pizza or cheezy bread, if you buy anything else, you will be disappointed. read more

We ordered from here about a year ago. Our order was wrong so we didn't go back. We continued to receive letters in the mail about " you haven't ordered from us in a while did we do something wrong"! So, a year has passed and Marco's is only 1 of the 2 pizza places that delivers to my area, we decided to try them again about 2 weeks ago. Again, order was wrong! I specifically stated NO onions on one of the hoagies and the lady that took the order stated " ma'am we don't put onions on our hoagies only pickles and mayo". Interesting, because my hoagie was saturated with purple onions when it arrived. So today, my husband ordered again (against my judgement) and he stated NO onions and she proceeded to repeat the order back along with "we do not add onions to our hoagies". Guess what... Loaded with onions!! They also got my husbands order wrong as well. On our receipt it only states "no pickles"?? Never again. We tried!! read more
