If I could give ZERO stars I would. I did an online delivery order and asked for flavored crust. I even tipped OVER 20%. We were also missing some items. We drove up to the store to get a whole new order. Girl working, thin white girl, with dark hair. Total attitude and extremely rude told me to talk to "Floyd" about a refund for the delivery charge and the tip. She never offered any kind of compensation other than asking me if I want it redelivered even though I'm already there. Never told me how to get ahold of "Floyd" or apologized either. I wish there was a star between 4 and 5 because I think that's the most accurate score for Marco's. My 4 daughters and I ate there Sunday afternoon. The man who took our order at the counter was super nice, he gave me an estimate of how long it would be before our pizzas were ready-something that I wouldn't have thought was important to me, but wound up being a nice thing to know to keep my kids entertained. I asked what the cheese situation was like on their pizzas and he said it was a 3 cheese blend and assured me I didn't need to order extra cheese. We get our root beers (pizza and root beer is a family tradition) and find a place to sit. The majority of the chairs are dirty although all the tables are clean. It was just after noon on Sunday, they'd only been open an hour. I figured that it was likely a busy night closing on a Saturday night and it was overlooked or skipped to get everyone out on time. But with no one else in the restaurant and more than one employee available (I saw at least four that weren't delivery drivers.), you'd think they'd give the place a once over. This is important later. The nice guy from the front brings us our pizzas on stands with the pizza servers. I like restaurants that serve pizza that way. The pizza is piping hot. We got a deluxe and the meats pizzas. The cheese was so stretchy, it was gorgeous. The onions were a little heavy on the deluxe and overwhelmed the other flavors. The meats pizza was really, really good. Their crust is my favorite kind, crisp on the outside, soft and then chewy on the inside. They have a bunch of signs up that say they're still using the same recipes from when their restaurant was founded. That's a good call because their pizzas are delicious. I was impressed to find such a good pizza place in a small Oklahoma town. We were on a road trip and preparing to return home so we stopped by the bathroom on the way out. The bathroom was a NIGHTMARE. If you're reading this, you're probably hungry and looking for a place to eat. I don't want to ruin that for you. But the attention to cleanliness was lacking, and that was really disappointing because it seemed like there was ample opportunity to prevent such an impression being made. The pizza doesn't reheat very well, but that's ok! I never hold that against a restaurant. It's a bonus if the food reheats well, but if it doesn't you've just gotta order the correct amount of food. (We over ordered, getting an XL and a medium for 4 school age kids and an adult.) Overall, I was impressed and if I'm back in Lawton and in the mood for pizza, I'll be back. read more

I don't know what passes for pizza in Lawton, but this was not even remotely good. The crust seemed prefab and spongy, the sauce was lifeless. We ordered a family salad and it was way too expensive and came right out of a bag. Really I should of gone to Walmart and bought a Tombstone Pizza, and a bag of salad. I don't do either of those ever, so that just tells you how bad it was. read more

Picked this place based on the reviews while traveling in OK and our Soldier had a hankering for pizza. (you say hankering in OK right?). It turns out this is a strip mall chain store - kind of like a Figaros or Papa Murphy (although not take n' bake). Not what we were looking for, but we were hungry and decided to try it. The counter folks were very polite and courteous and helpful. The menu was very limited - a little standard on the pizza choices, but not bad. The wings were dry and not flavored or seasoned - those were a bit of a disappointment. They had little "sauce packets" but they left a bit to be desired. The pizza was of good quality for belt fed-gas oven pizza. Not the best but it was decent. Not bad fare for a strip mall, chain store. Probably really good for delivery. read more

Gavin and Patrick were wonderful and kind. They made the food promptly for our whole Bible class group and Gavin got things we needed and with a smile on his face the whole time. He asked if we needed anything else and even gave me a high five when I told him how great my sub was. I've also had their huge delicious and lots of meat and/or veggies salad and their wonderful Hawaiian pizza is soooo good. They use chicken and ham and pineapple and I asked for the white sauce since I am allergic to tomatoes. The manager was even nice over the phone. It's clean and we'll worth the money. Tried this place twice and it was awful both times. I was hoping my first experience was just rough so when the second time failed I've crossed this one off my "to do" list. First time ordering and was thoroughly impressed. Had problems ordering online, so I just called it in. Delivery was faster than quoted! Driver was super friendly, which is a welcome change from todays customer service. Ordered 2 large specialty pizzas, which everyone loved. The extras ordered for the crust were delish! I ordered a small thin crust for myself and ended up devouring the whole thing myself. It was amazing!! Got cheesy bread as well and it was good but I think would have been better on a slightly thinner crust or same crust with more garlic butter. Will order again! read more

Called in my order to use my coupon I got in the mail. The guy taking my order was having a tough time trying to find the coupon code, and I was getting a bit annoyed because he had a hard time hearing me, and kept asking me about the coupon. He finally decided to get his manager to help me, and I waited for 5 minutes before he answered. He apologized for the wait, and told me the guy didn't tell him I was on hold. When I went to pick up my order, I found out that the manager gave me my pizzas for free for the trouble I went through with my order! THANK YOU MARCOS PIZZA MANAGER! I was a bit upset earlier, but he totally made up for it, and I will go back because of the great service I got when I picked up my pizza! read more

Though this place may not win any awards against authentic New York pizza, or Chicago's finest Deep Dishes, Marco's is a Diamond in the rough. The pizza dough is always crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy underneath, and slightly sweet. Wonderful selection of fresh ingredients, and for kids and adults that like just the toppings, they have an option to get sausage and peppers and onions, loaded with sauce and blanketed with cheese!!! So, pizza, no crust? They got that, too!!! Their chicken wings are pretty good. Get their cinnasquare...such a simple item, but delectably satisfying for any sweet tooth.
