I am not sure what's going on with this location. Marcos used to be my go-to, but having to wait over 2 hours for an order, after being placed on hold 6 times just to ask the status of my order, is frustrating. Once I finally got a hold of someone, he told me my order had been ready since 3:48. Okay, it's now 5 o'clock? It was $63 for an order of a medium/large pie, medium/large wings, and a $4.99 delivery fee. Not even an apology, nothing. This place has fallen so far off. We've ordered from them about 3 times always delivery. We have yet to be disappointed and delivery brings our delicious made to order always with fresh ingredients and never overcooked pizza. The crusts have gotten so thin that with only 2 toppings, it's all falling off when u pick it up. I'll start the review by saying that I've only ordered delivery from here. I've never been into the actual store. I order from here about once a week and I usually get a custom pizza, wings, and the chicken dippers. Every time I've ordered on their app and it very easy to use. The delivery driver is always friendly and we've never waited more then 30 minutes for our food to be delivered. The food is so good! It's always hot and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. They make the ordering process very easy and have really good customer service even for larger orders. I don't eat much pizza these days but when I do I usually go to Marco's. Both of the locations that I've visited always provide me with courteous service and generally go the extra mile. Their Pizza is always fresh, they do not skimp on the toppings and today when I asked how much a side of marinara was, the woman at the counter told me not to worry about paying for the little side of sauce. (We all know of businesses that charge customers for every little thing and it makes me feel that the business cares more about profits than they do customer satisfaction) I have never experienced this at either location. Soooo I've only been here for about 15 min but I gotta say I probably won't be coming back. It's extremely unorganized with a lobby full of customers that are getting more irritated by the moment. There's a fella at the front register that mumbled a half hearted greeting and salt over the floor. The order that they seem to be filling orders makes no sense to any of us. The entire staff seems harried except the guy at the front register who doesn't seem to give a flying f@&). Here's hoping the pizza tastes good. None of the other seem to have been correct. Picked up a DoorDash order here a while back. It was in the evening and the doors were open. I walked in and gave them the customers' name and told them I was here to pick up. I have eaten the Uno and the Works pizza. I tend to be an everything except anchovies kind of guy when it comes to pizza. I get jalapeños on subs and pizzas. I also order extra cheese. I am old, trust me it's so good. I really enjoy the Italian sub. They toast it up nicely and it is always hot when delivered. The wings are always hot and tasty. I have a particular fondness for their family sized Greek salad, even if it is a little too pricey and does not even have any Greek olives. Go figure. I order a lot of delivery and Marco's store number 8128 is a favorite on my phone and iPad. Their delivery folks are always courteous and on time. I still order from Dominoes and Papa Johns but when I do I find myself thinking I would have enjoyed Marco's more. Btw, I have tried their desserts and find nothing to recommend. read more

I've only eaten here once, and I tried their Meatball Fabio Sub. It tasted OK but I wouldn't order from here again. They don't use real meat for their meatballs. It was processed, the kinds you'd be able to buy frozen from a grocery store. If I'm ordering food from an Italian place, I'd expect real meat to be used and have it freshly made. The meatballs were just moist enough, the cheese was melted and plenty full, and the sauce was thick and full of flavor. All in all the best meatball sandwiches in the Goose Creek area. Okay. So we ordered from them just on a whim. Their pizza was good, nothing that really sets them apart from the rest of the chains. A little pricey but what I would expect out of a delivery service. The reason why they got three stars was because my hubs is lactose intolerant and has to make a point to mention not to add cheese or butter. They are the first place to get the order right!
