I ordered a Pepperoni, Chicken, Black Olive, Green Olive and Feta Pizza. They left off the Pepperoni. The dough was terrible, completely bland with a bad taste. Amazing! The pizza, cheese bread, Italian sub and the brownies are our favorites!!! Order from them at least 2x a week! Friendly staff also, they are super nice and helpful! I ordered a chicken Caesar salad today, and I specifically said, "No Parmesan. No croutons." The order taker repeated back to me what I had then said. The driver delivered the salad with Parmesan on it. I called the store and talked to the manager on shift, Anthony. He was very rude with me when I tried to explain what had happened and tried to convince me that I didn't say "no Parmesan." However, he did comply with me and sent another salad to me for exchange. The driver and I switched salads, and I gave the driver another tip. To be honest, I wasn't mad about the cheese mixup. I was just irritated about how rude the manager was to me. read more

It is a very good pizza unlike the rest of the places in town it is not just a nother pizza place. It was not over sauced or have a over powerful seasonings on it like pizza hut can have and not a dry doughy crust like papa John's. The one bad thing is that it is always a 45 minute wait online bit you can get a movie delivered with your pizza and that nice just one less thing to go oit and get. read more

I understand that sometimes people can be having a rough day, but the service is so slow! Before my boyfriend and I came in, this couple had been waiting for about 15 minutes for their order. But the workers had our order but under the wrong name. We stood there for about 20 minutes until they realized that. I feel that you guys should be more organized. I work in a restaurant and we always say goodbye. This guy did not say bye to one customer, didn't greet with a smile, and there were workers standing around when there was still customers working. I typically have a "3 strikes, and you're out" policy when it comes to new places. However, I'll stick with two on this one. First experience was pretty good, but the pizza was just OK for the price. The movie thing is a neat gimmick, and saves you an additional stop. My second experience was not that great. I ordered online for pick up several hours later on my way home from work. When I arrived to pick up my order, the kid at the counter was thoroughly perplex, as he couldn't find my order. I very politely informed him that my order had been placed online, and that I had also prepaid for it. He asked me to hold for a manager. The manager arrives, and his attitude it verging on hostile. He tells me that it I may have gotten a confirmation, but that they never received the order. I informed him that I had the order number if it would help, and he asks me for my phone number. Well, what do you know! They found it. No apologies, only the same attitude. He informed me that they were going to have to make the order. I had to ask how long only to get "it's going to be a while.....maybe 20-25 minutes". ........I left, took care of some other business, and came back to find the pizza ready to go, and a bill waiting for me......I politely informed the young lady on the register that I had prepaid, and showed my email which indicated as much. She and I worked it out. I saw the manger a couple more time during this whole debacle, and still at no time did he or his staff offer me any apologies for making my quick pizza pickup into an entire experience. Word to the wise, don't assume that your order makes it there if you order online. There are plenty of pizza place in La Porte, in fact it seems like there is a new one every month. If you aren't prepared to bring your a game when serving up pizzas priced higher than the competition, then you're bound to fail. read more

I ordered what i thought was a pretty simple pizza, apparently pizza making is complicated. It was a garlic crust pizza with sausage,ham,bacon, mushroom, and extra sauce. Oh don't forget the garlic butter dipper, yeah i like garlic i know. The request for garlic crust and extra sauce was ignored and the dipper forgotten. Soooo no big ill just give them a call and they'll bring a new, not so messed up pizza out. However, just like making the pizza as ordered, bringing a new one out must be to difficult as well. Instead the unpleasant manager decided to offer me a free cheese bread, of witch I cant stand and have never order so why would i want one for free. I said no thanks to the bread and asked about my pizza, he said people make mistakes. I understand people make mistakes, but its what you do to correct your mistakes that makes you a good manager. Terrible customer service!! I understand being short staffed just simply tell me that it's going take longer for my food. It's my lunch time. I can set me schedule accordingly but I don't factor in waiting for my food. They forgot to make my sandwiches. So pizza ready on time but it sat there for 20 minutes for them to make the sandwiches and they were incorrect to top it off. Pizza is partially cut They didn't cut it all the way. read more
