We have been eating Marco's pizza every Friday night for years. No more. The last few times we ordered, it was terrible! The crust has either been burned, tasted like cigarettes, or like they premade them and left them under a heat lamp for hours. Will definitely find a different Friday night pizza fix. read more

This was my first time having pizza from Marcos. I decided to try it on my way home from out of town due to a recommendation from a friend. I called and the young lady who answered immediately put me on hold when she answered. I waited on hold for 6 minutes before she returned. I placed my order and she repeated my order back to me, the. Told me it would be 15-20 minutes for pick up. I was already halfway there but continued on. When I arrived, I immediately observed a male sitting inside wearing NO mask. Then I saw none of the workers including the cooks were not wearing masks. I paid and when I took note of the receipt, there was no thin crust listed for my order. I asked the young lady is the pizza on thin crust. She stated, "I don't know it just shows cheese pizza". She then proceeded to ask the other lady who was making pizza along with another male staff to make the pizza on thin crust. I asked will I have to wait an additional 20 minutes. She said no only 10 minutes. I walked outside and stood right in front of the restaurant due to no one wearing a mask. I waited and observed 2 people come pick up and leave. Then I notice right after the last customer walked out she placed a pizza order that was ready on the counter. I waited and looked at her to see if she would signal me or bring the pizza out to me. Nothing. The male sitting inside received his order and left. I walked in and she grab the pizza sitting on the counter and handed it to me. I said, "this pizza has been sitting here for I know at least 5 minutes and you did not bother to signal me to come in nor did you offer to bring it out to me. She looked at me like she was complexed with no explanation for her lack of customer service. I asked for the manager and he was nonchalant about the issues I addressed. I asked why they weren't wearing masks or face coverings and he said they don't have too! The wait time, inaccuracy of my order, not wearing masks, and poor customer service with no curbside takeout is why I gave this a 1 star. I will not be visiting his location again. The workers are discussing, They pick their noses they use the rest room, they handle money, touch the computer screen and keyboards, door handle etc and will come from outside smoking or delivering food and then handle food all while not washing their hands. They constantly mess orders and have attitude when you correct them about their mess ups or ask for a refund! They all need to wear gloves and change them after touching stuff! read more

Tonight when I went to pick up my order, I sat in my car while I waited for it to be ready. The girl who works the front counter (brown hair, skinny, glasses) sat in front of the window and repeatedly/deeply picked her nose and hair. When I went inside (ready to cancel my order after what I witnessed) she preceded to remove my order from the oven and touch several other items within the kitchen WITHOUT EVEN WASHING HER HANDS FIRST! I asked her why she thought it was ok to pick her nose and hair in public and not wash her hands. She responded "Whaattt? I said "I just saw you digging up your nose and now you're touching my food" She didn't respond and decided to wash her hands. Needles to say I was beyond disgusted with the whole incident. The fact that she was so comfortable picking her nose while sitting in the front window of this establishment is disgusting! Almost all of the other workers were not wearing hats, one was eating a lollipop while making food, and they didn't even know my food was in the oven so it was just sitting there. I will NOT be back to this location. I know everyone is still short staffed but that doesn't excuse the lack of basic cleanliness. read more

I'm a pizza fanatic. But I like a good pizza. The pizza chains have really went down hill. Even papa Johns have lost their edge and I liked them. Lately I don't even mess with papa johns. I don't want to mess with dominos. And Pizza Hut is just bad. Atleast in my location. I just revisited Marcos and the deluxe pizza was so good ! It almost tasted like it was made in a family owned Greek restaurant! Whoever made it did real good. Not skimpy with the cheese. But I will still get extra cheese. Because that's traditionally the way it's done. I added black olives even though I'm not a fan. And the deluxe Pizza was primo. I may give pizza Palace on Pizza nights a break if they keep that up ! Nice Delivery ? ; They say it will take an hour but I had my pizza less than 30 minutes 3 times in a row. So they are not trying to win you over with bs ! I appreciate honesty. They are clearly wanting to add some forgiveness time to be top quality rather than say we can be there quicker than anyone. I don't order Marcos a lot since my address is outside their delivery area. My husband and I were craving it (reminds us of home - Ohio) so I decided to pick it up. I was very disappointed to see that not one employee had a mask on. I can understand if the employees in the back don't want to wear one, but felt that the two employees that were working up front directly with customers would have had them on. I asked if they were suppose to be wearing masks and was told it was their choice. Also there was no plexiglass shields in place to protect the customers when paying. The pizza was great, but I guess I won't be returning until they work a little harder to protect both their employees and their customers. read more

I once love pizza from this location. Until I called in a order the other day. The manager nor the staff had on mask when I arrived. Customers came in with no mask and still got service. I was the only one following the state rule of using face coverings. One of the female staff ate her lunch at the counter near register while pizza was being made by persons not wearing gloves. They are the only place that will deliver to our home and they routinely mess up our orders. They send the wrong food. Or don't listen to our order. I loved this pizza the first two times I tried them. My experience the last time however, made me write them off my list entirely. It wasn't that the Pizza was bad, it was the attitude and service when I went in and talked to the manager. I had ordered through door dash because I had a gift certificate. My pizza was 30 minutes out for delivery (4-5 minutes away) and completely refrigerator cold. That's on Door Dash for sure, but the Pizza was not made with the ingredients ordered. I took a picture of the pizza and a copy of the receipt which showed the correct ingredients ordered, but the manager refused to even look and said I had to take it up with Door Dash. My reply "Door Dash didn't make the Pizza wrong... you did." He very arrogant when he said... not my problem, take it up with them. How's that for local business service. Covid or not, I'm not OK with arrogant and I think they should have made it right with a replacement pizza. My family loves Marcos, but after my experience yesterday I will not be returning. I place an order online and went to pick it up. When i arrived there were two women working, neither wearing a mask. They were preparing food for people and breathing on the food. When my order was finally brought to me I asked the young lady why they were mot wearing masks and she told me they don't have to. I then asked her if she thought it was safe to prepare food for people and then bring the food to them without a mask on. She shrugged her shoulders and turned away. I realize there are some who do not believe masks are necessary, but if you are preparing food for the public you have a responsibility to them to not risk their health. It's my first time ordering Marco's as I have heard a lot about them (in a good way). So I gave 'em a try today. Went online, nice web page and easy to navigate, ordered online, which was a breeze, and waited for my food to be delivered in an hour. They lied... it was only 40 minutes! lol And the food was warm, and most importantly to me, correct! The driver, hey Scott, was helpful and trudged through the rain to get to the door from the street, even though I invited him to pull into the drive way. The pizza was yummy, did not fail to impress. A simple pepperoni pizza, the crust was very good (how can you go wrong with garlic and butter?!?) and the sauce was tasty. I also got an order of wings... to be honest I was not impressed with 'em. They were good, just not a stand-out kind of wingery. I purposefully got them plain to get an idea of how they tasted. These non-breaded (a plus for me) wingers were good and I'd probably try 'em again, just next time with sauce ON them instead of on the side. Overall, for my first experience, it was enjoyable and will do it again soonest! The price was reasonable for the pizza and for the wings, I haven't been able to beat them at the other pizza/wing joints. And the pizza here probably trumps the others anyway. read more

So I go into the store to place an order and the first thing a young lady says "I need your phone number" why??? I'm at the store, I'm placing an order and paying with cash why would I have to give you or any one in that matter my information??? So I told the young lady to put in her own phone number - she just looked at me like i was stupid or something. When you go to McDonald's do you give them your personal info? We used to order from here weekly. Their website ordering is cheaper but only works half the time. If you try to call they will not honor web prices if the website doesn't work properly. The pizza is yummy but, it's more pricey than other local chains and they use canned mushrooms. ICK! Marcos should DEFINITELY use fresh mushrooms. Their sandwiches are good too but, they often mess up specialty orders and delivery time can sometimes be lengthy. What a great place for delivery. Not only do they have a choice of salads, they also have a small pizza for delivery. This beats out the other places, cause sometimes there is only one person to feed, and I do not want a med or large pizza. I love the salad. It is enough for 2 meals, and the pizza was awesome. Crust was perfect! Of all the times I have ordered, only once was the order incorrect. I called back, and another was delivered quickly. I also like that you can add a tip to the online ordering feature. The only thing I would change is the ability to add extra tomatoes to the salad. I am moving soon, and will not be able to take advantage of a home salaqd delivery. Alas..... read more
