This is basically a food court inside a hotel casino. They have slices available, but you can order off the menu too. I asked about the deals available on the website and if they had those here too. They couldn't offer them, but I could order off the website and get them. I am fine with ordering online and the deals were significant, so I did. It wasn't complicated a pepperoni lovers type pizza, a one topping sausage and a salad. It was 6:40 pm when I ordered online and the email confirmation said it would be ready at 7:02. About that time the tracker on the website said the order was ready. I walked to the counter to ask (the manager) if they were ready, he said they were close but the estimates on "the app" are never right. So we waited. At 7:35 out order was ready and we took it to go. Between the time when the app said out order was ready and we actually go out pizza other people ordered whole pizzas off the menu and got theirs before us. The manager who was at the register this whole time saw us waiting, but never again acknowledged us. I finally heard my name called, the manager never moved. When someone else came to the counter I asked them and they went and got it. I don't know if the manager was mad that we ordered online or what, but 55 minutes for 2 pizzas seems too long. So if you are in Deadwood and want pizza, find one of the limited local places instead. If you are shopping on price, consider Pizza Hut. Oh, the pizza was ok. Damn bruh. Went here because I saw so many reviews and videos saying this was one of the best in Las Vegas. Totally true. Skip the bread, i mean it is delicious as an appetizer but it will definitely hold you back when the pizza arrives. Timely delivery of what I have ordered. After inquiring at the counter if our pizza was ready yet. They handed us two boxes of pizza, whilst one split one was ordered. Felt is was proper to take obviously not our order back to the counter. The extremely rude individual acted like I had made the mistake of ordering the wrong item. So we walk up and we order a slice of pizza I paid for the pizza and went and sat down in the little tiny dining room area that they have. Then the rest of my family went next-door to the sandwich place in ordered a few sandwiches. My family got their sandwiches and then ate almost half of the sand until I realized I didn't have my food. Shocked how good Marcos is. They are everywhere in the country but never bothered to eat there, till now. Head and heels above Dominos, Papas, and the hut. While casually waiting for our food, my daughter and I evidently didn't hear that our order was ready. Rather than just allowing us to inquire after a few minutes, an incredibly rude employee proceeded to literally and angrily SCREAM my name (the name on the order) several times until we realized that was actually meant for us. When finally figuring out who it was that as calling for us, we made eye contact through the window, as she was in the back prep area. I motioned that it was me and that we weren't sure where to get the food. Her response was an exaggerated eye roll and angrily point to the box on the shelf in front of her in the prep area. When we went to the counter and tried to tell her we had been sitting there in front of the store, that it was not necessary for her to be screaming like she was, she continued to loudly argue from the prep area that she, 'wouldn't have had to do that if (we) had heard it the first time!' When I later spoke with the manager, I was told, 'Well, she did call your name a couple times before that.', and, 'Sometimes it does get loud in here.'. This leads me to believe the manager was on site at the time and chose to do nothing about this sitiation as it was happening. Then, when I called back the following day to speak with the GM, who they said would be contacting but didn't , she very shortly told me she couldn't give me my money back because it, 'happened a day ago'. She offered no apology and didn't even attempt to discuss it with me to try to resolve the issue. The only thing I've been offered is a credit, which is useless to me as I live elsewhere and, honestly, I could care less to ever spend another moment in front of a Marco's counter. I contacted the corporate office and still have not heard back. This experience was completely unprovoked and humiliating to both me and my daughter. They turned us into a spectacle over a food order. I was also totally brushed off by both managers. I spent $40 to be publicly humiliated and I want an apology and my money back. They should be held accountable for the actions they all chose. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. With some luck, they will change policy and nobody will ever again be made to feel the way they made us feel. read more

I absolutely love the Pepperoni Magnifico! Best pizza I had in my life. Staff is friendly and fast, menu touches base on quite a few things. Even gluten free crust. Everything is to go but there is a dining room option. Reminds me of Vegas. It's inside of Cadillac Jack's so we were offered room service as well. And they don't serve alcohol! The wrong order was delivered to our home. We called and spoke with the manager who said the driver had realized he left the order so would be back to TRADE us orders immediately .....we advised him we weren't comfortable receiving food that had been in someone else's home. He reassured us ours had not left the drivers car and he was already on his way back. 20 mins later the driver arrived to make the "trade". We asked if he would truly be bringing this pizza that had sat in our home for 20 mins to the other people and he was surprised by the question and replied yes of course. To the people on Gwinn Ave that got your pizza, wings and breadsticks late and cold, we are Covid free and only opened the boxes to see what was inside and that it was incorrect. We live here. I have not had Marcos pizza since I lived in Oklahoma. We went here while traveling via RV, this location is in a casino and no RV parking. However, the pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were all delicious!! The service was fast and efficient! We called ahead and when I walked in the gentleman behind the counter as soon as I walked up said my first name without me telling him my name even thought there were other orders, I'm guessing he knew because of what time our order was supposed to ready and I was there at that time, still pretty cool!
