Presented the coupon and was told, "That's only for online orders". Minus another star when I asked for delivery since I'm at a hotel & visiting. I honestly don't know why the store has been slacking. Twice now I order online, select a pick up time, get to the store on time and have to wait because they haven't made my order yet. Today the girl tried to tell me I was picking a time for the order to show up on their screen to be made. This has never been the case before. The website asks what time you want to pick up your pizza, not when you want them to begin making it. I know they updated their website recent so maybe they cut corners and picked a budget web service. But to blame me for it not being made yet is ridiculous. Only did 1 star because they made me. You can't use a coupon when ordering online. They store will not grant the coupon because of the app... "call tech support" Refunded delivery fee because "we are waiting for driver to get back"... then only gave back delivery fee, not the tip. This is the second time. AND the pizza was cold... I've given this place multiple tries. Their food is overly greasy, they never have a delivery driver available even tho it's an option for ordering online, and the order is almost always wrong but the biggest issue? The workers are rude consistently. Every time I've gotten a call that no driver is available there is never an apology, just a rude statement of facts and they almost seem upset if you say you'll come pick it up. They screwed up my order and it was on the receipt but still made the wrong pizza. We got home before realizing it was wrong. We go back and they were very rude. I ordered pizza from here and it was very poorly made. It was barely cut and when we cut it ourselves and tried to eat a slice the cheese and all the toppings slid off. Even after we let it cool down some and tried to eat another it all just fell apart. The quality of pizza has been bad almost every time and the workers (all teenagers) were very rude. I ordered the supreme and the sausage was in large clumps and did not seem fresh (crunchy--not crisp,but a little hard). I won't be ordering again. We are usually happy with our food from here. Last night I was informed they didn't have tomatoes for our salad. No problem. But they do know there's a Walmart down the block right? They sell tomatoes. The pizza was another story. Whomever tossed it needs to be retaught. I would leave a zero if possible. A mistake was made and I called them. They did not offer to make me a new pizza. I then said I will bring the pizza in and get a refund.
