Honestly good food but s little wait I don't mind. There have been some times I got the order wrong but they are always willing to fix it or offer a refund. read more

Minus one star because: I asked to use the coupon that I found online while ordering, but the site then said this location doesn't accept online orders. Fine, I called to make my order. Presented the coupon and was told, "That's only for online orders". Minus another star when I asked for delivery since I'm at a hotel & visiting. I was told, "the delivery driver just left"....MmmmK, meaning what?? "Does that mean a longer delivery time?". "Yep, cause he's not coming back" The pizza was great despite the fact that they were out of pepperoni, I couldn't use my coupon, and had to pick it up, even though Yelp shows that delivery IS available. read more

Marco's Pizza - Not allowed to use this, told it's ONLY for online orders, however their webpage showed this location does NOT even TAKE online orders. - Pizza Near Me - Dalton, Georgia

I honestly don't know why the store has been slacking. Twice now I order online, select a pick up time, get to the store on time and have to wait because they haven't made my order yet. Today the girl tried to tell me I was picking a time for the order to show up on their screen to be made. This has never been the case before. The website asks what time you want to pick up your pizza, not when you want them to begin making it. I know they updated their website recent so maybe they cut corners and picked a budget web service. But to blame me for it not being made yet is ridiculous. These people have no customer service. read more

Only did 1 star because they made me. You can't use a coupon when ordering online. They store will not grant the coupon because of the app... "call tech support" Refunded delivery fee because "we are waiting for driver to get back"... then only gave back delivery fee, not the tip. This is the second time. AND the pizza was cold... Never again. read more

I've given this place multiple tries. Their food is overly greasy, they never have a delivery driver available even tho it's an option for ordering online, and the order is almost always wrong but the biggest issue? The workers are rude consistently. Every time I've gotten a call that no driver is available there is never an apology, just a rude statement of facts and they almost seem upset if you say you'll come pick it up. Then they're rude at the store in person. Given their exorbitant prices it makes this place the last option for pizza for me. read more

I have always liked ,Marcos but the last couple times I have been there the food was terrible they have young kids working in there that don't wear gloves they skimp on ingredients they don't have senior discount and the food is really greasy even my dog wouldn't eat it read more

I dont eat a lot of pizza these days but I stopped in here and picked up a dinner meal one night and it was very good. Overall the service was good and the food was served piping hot and the pizza was delicious, read more

We have eaten here since they opened and have gotten a military discount each time the new manager said the offered it but refused to give it even with the proper documentation. I will take my business elsewhere my wife only drinks tea when she went to get some it was empty when asked the manager said that they haven't had tea in several months we were not told this and there is no signs read more

They screwed up my order and it was on the receipt but still made the wrong pizza. We got home before realizing it was wrong. We go back and they were very rude. They finally made the correct pizza but took the old one and threw it straight in the trash right in front of me. Wow no reward for them screwing up just waste an entire pizza. Service sucks but pizza tasted good. read more

I called to carry out. They said I had to order on line. Too confusing. Large pepperoni not available ???????? I put in the code and got nothing I ate many pizzas for there $8. now the cheapest pizza is $17.00. Not for me. read more

This place has terrible customer service and were incredibly rude to us. They got out order wrong and when we tried to go got the correct items they did not want to give us our item. We called and the "Manager" was extremely rude and yelled to us on the phone. She told us it was "out responsibility to check the order". Do not recommend it at all. read more

I ordered pizza from here and it was very poorly made. It was barely cut and when we cut it ourselves and tried to eat a slice the cheese and all the toppings slid off. Even after we let it cool down some and tried to eat another it all just fell apart. The quality of pizza has been bad almost every time and the workers (all teenagers) were very rude. When I tried to get a new pizza or my money back the owner Anna told me "your kids should just learn how to eat pizza" like we are all idiots. Will never eat here again, neither should anyone else. read more

Pizza was sooo bad and service was very rude! The OWNERS Anna and Joe were very rude to me when I asked for another pizza when all my toppings were on the side of the box when I opened it. I did not even get another pizza or my money back because they said "it was still ok to eat"! They are very rude and we will never eat there again!!!!!!!!! Also it's ran by little kids it looks like other than the rude owners. read more

Pizza was made poorly and in such a hurry. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and somehow had pineapple and all sorts of random ingredients I didn't ask for. Plus they throw to much cheese on the pizza which makes it hard to enjoy. I've had Marcos pizza elsewhere and it's usually good. The one In Dalton sucks. read more

Rolled into town late and needed dinner. Ordered a pizza and was told delivery would be an hour. To my hotel room. Ordering over the phone was easy and pleasant. Pizza arrived within 45 minutes and it was nice and hot. It was the best pizza I've had in a while. I asked for crushed red pepper, but it didn't arrive with the pizza. Would have given 5 stars if they did!! read more

The site says there open till 11 pm but it was closed at 9. plus every time i order sauce they forget it . There constantly inconsistent. And they hardly ever have brownies. And they never remember the chocolate sauce. it would be a great place if they would get there act together. read more

Several of my co-workers and I ordered online. The delivery time was accurate and the food arrived as ordered. The food was delicious!! I ordered a steak sub and will definitely order again. read more

The service was bad to start and has eroded from there. They clearly do not want repeat customers. So sad that the pizza is great but doing business with them is close to impossible. I called to place a carry out order and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and called back but there was no answer. So many problems with them and they finally surpassed my patience. read more

Went here a couple of days ago. The pizza was phenomenal...the sub, not so much. The sub was small...overpriced...and I wouldn't recommend them (at least the chicken/bacon one). However, this place still gets 4 stars because the pizza was perhaps the best I've had in Dalton and you couldn't ask for a nicer staff or better customer service (: read more

Good food, horrendous delivery service. Have complained twice and won't be ordering again.

Very greasy and overpriced for what you get. The staff was friendly but seemed to need more training. I doubt that I go back because the food didn't agree with me very much. read more

Very tasty pizza. BBQ is my favorite but the works was wonderful too. The wings are kind of slimy. I will order again. They do have delivery. read more

Not bad for Dalton, GA. When the only places to order pizza were the regulars, this place gives some variety. Standard pizza done well. This restaurant is clean and staff are courteous. read more

This establishment has some awesome subs, as well as well made pizzas. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and quick. Good atmosphere for working on a manuscript or just chilling. read more

Delivery to hotel was fast, but maybe because it was ordered before 5 pm. Pizza was hot and not bad, but far from the best it could be. I ordered the supreme and the sausage was in large clumps and did not seem fresh (crunchy--not crisp, but a little hard). If you are traveling through Dalton, you might want to stick with the national chains. read more

Wow! Terrible service! I have heard the pizza was good but the service is bad! 2 people left and warned us but was willing to stay and try. Then 4 more people walked out because the person behind the counter was on the phone. Then we were still being ignored and finally left. Enjoy it, I Imagine they will shut down soon. read more

I won't be ordering again. We are usually happy with our food from here. Last night I was informed they didn't have tomatoes for our salad. No problem. But they do know there's a Walmart down the block right? They sell tomatoes. The pizza was another story. Whomever tossed it needs to be retaught. It had 4 inches of crust in some places and an inch on the other side. It didn't even cover the box. Very disappointed. They weren't busy and this shouldn't have happened. Enjoy your business. If you keep this up people will quit ordering. There's too much competition to be this lazy. read more

I would leave a zero if possible. A mistake was made and I called them. They did not offer to make me a new pizza. I then said I will bring the pizza in and get a refund. When I arrived they refused to give me a refund. They offered to make me a pizza but at this point I just wanted my money back and wanted to leave. The girl at the counter called the manager told him that I was swearing which was a lie. The girl then said that the manager said I can just leave. I will never eat at this marcos ever again. read more
