I selected the flowers and asked to have them done up into bouquets. It took them about 5 min to prepare it for me and they looked beautiful! The staff had added lots of babies breath, green folliage, ribbons and individual water tubes to several of the flowers. While I was waiting for them to wrap the bouqueta, one of the staff took a call from a client. He selected a plant for her, prepared it for delivery, wrote a card and, proceeded to payment. He answered ALOT of questions but he was so patient and clearly enjoyed it. Really wonderful service! The flowers all lasted 2 weeks before they started to wilt, which I think it a pretty long time for cut flowers!

The lady I spoke to said their prices on the website had not been adjusted for the weak Canadian dollar. As a result, if I still wanted the bouquet, I would have to pay 20% more. Ultimately, I ended up cancelling my order. No apology was made. I rarely leave any reviews, especially negative ones since it can really hurt a business, but I was very disappointed to find out that I was mislead.

Flowers were delivered on time at the venue and his overall price was very reasonable and within my budget. I call and order bouquets over the phone for almost all occasions. I love that i simply have to call and speak to him and he orelares gorgeous bouquets for just $30 or $40. His bouquets would easily be double the price at another florist. I also sometimes drop off a vase for him to prepare the bouquet in that vase. This is a very special florist, i can't recommend it enough!
