I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Westmount Florist. I ordered an orchid plant online as a gift and even called the store beforehand for a recommendation. The assistant helped me make a decision, and I proceeded with the order. We communicated by email since they needed the recipient's full address and phone number. I promptly provided the information--but never received any confirmation or update to confirm that my order was being processed. It felt like my request had gone into a black hole. The next day, I followed up by phone since I hadn't heard back. I spoke to several people, none of whom could find a record of my order. Eventually, I reached the person who had taken my order, and I re-sent all the delivery details. She assured me that the delivery would be completed that day and that I would receive a confirmation and receipt. To my surprise, she called back less than ten minutes later asking for all the same information again--apparently, my order had been misplaced, and she couldn't even recall what I had purchased. She again promised to send a confirmation email once the order was finalized. Once again, no confirmation arrived. I had to call yet again to follow up, only to be told the delivery had already been completed. When I asked why I hadn't received any confirmation, they realized they had "made a mistake" with my email address. I find that hard to understand, considering they had successfully emailed me earlier to request the delivery details. This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. I expected much better communication and professionalism from a florist with Westmount's reputation. Lesson learned: don't be fooled by the polished website--what you see online does not reflect the quality of service you actually receive. read more

Great shop and really lovely customer service. It is a bit pricey... but flower shops in this city are generally pretty expensive, so I don't hold that against them. A nice space and sweet people working there. read more

Wanted a cut flower bouquet for a friend, but it needed to be cat friendly. They created a riotous arrangement of Gerber daisies accented by roses. Delivery was seamless and the price reasonable. They look wonderful in their new home. Bravo! read more

Best florist in the city and apparently the best florist in North America too! They've got roses that actually smell like roses. The white O'Hara roses are absolutely spectacular. And the neon coloured Pink Floyd roses are beautiful scented as well. They've got amazing fragrant peonies too! These are the only flowers I'm willing to send to my friends and family. They are amazing for their custom orders too. Last Diwali, I ordered a bunch of orange and yellow marigolds that were out of season and they arrived in less than a week. read more

I was walking by in the spring and saw a beautiful jasmin tree outside the store. I went inside and asked about it and told them I wanted it for inside at my home. I purchased the tree for 200$+++ and asked for delivery. It was delivered in the same state as it sat outside the store, ie, dirty and dusty. I was totally disappointed and called the store. I was told to wipe it off, but EVERY leaf was covered and, who knows what was in the dirt!!?? The tree had to go outside and sadly today, it is no longer..... I was truly expecting upscale service from this store considering the ratings and comments here. NOT IMPRESSED!! I will never shop here again! read more

We played La Sala Rossa and stayed with some friends up in Westmount after the show. What an amazing and beautiful neighborhood! JBM is a good friend of Sondre's back in Brooklyn, but originally from Montreal so his family took us in for the night. They were super kind and welcoming with a BEAUTIFUL home and philosophical dog named Oscar. They had a gourmet spread of wine, crackers, cheeses, and even a home-made pasta dish with vegetables that kept us happy and full till 3am. Not a bad wednesday night. THANK YOU! In the morning, we walked around the corner to Heidi's bakery "Le Fournil" and got some super tasty stuff. (note: Heidi is JBM's Aunt) She was so nice and generous that we decided to get her a modest, but equally beautiful flower. This place, "Fleuriste Westmount" smelled so damn good and the staff was ridiculously sweet. This girl made the, already exotic and fetching flower, make even MORE attractive with the embellishing greens and "super cute wrap job." My mom usually gets me flowers from here on Christmas or my birthday And she usually gets to lips and those are just lovely but this year she sent me some poinsettias And I don't know what type of problem or disease that the plant had but The leaves got really cannot like this purple he look to them and it started dying really quick and it's spread to my other plants and I noticed now it's a little bit on my cactus and I mean it's more of a problem now that it's like an STD that spread to my other plants!! So yes on the two lips don't ever buy your family poinsettias from there!!! They died in less than two weeks and I basically threw them away because I didn't want my other plants to get sick from that and I know poinsettias could last a long time because I've got poinsettias that I got three years ago that are still alive. I guess that what I'm trying to say is for a place on Westmount I would have expected a little bit better. read more

Beautiful florist with nice selection of both cut flowers and potted plants. Service is always friendly and helpful, especially if you're not sure of what you want. Purchased are always nicely wrapped. Perfect place to pick up a gift or treat yourself to a nice bouquet. Can be pricey but the quality is excellent, so worth the $. read more
