It smells wonderful everytime you walk in! They have bouqueta that range from $25-$45 and of course you can walk in or call ahead and ask them to make you a custom bouquet. The Long Version: I have always loved food, but my newest obsession is plants, so while visiting Montreal recently, I had to look up all the plant stores near my hotel. Haha. Anyway, La Fleurasion popped up in my search, so I had to check it out. It's a small store, but they have a good collection and everything is very aesthetically pleasing. I love succulents and I love baby plants and they had so many arrangements with tiny succulents in them. They had gorgeous terrarium arrangements. I really enjoyed browsing the store and ended up buying a tiny succulent arrangement with 5 tiny succulents for only $6.99. The ceramic pot was an additional $5.99 and I have lots of pots at home, so I just bought the plant in the plastic nursery pot. Reasonable prices for a small plant boutique, especially considering the time and effort to create the cute arrangements and keeping them alive (it's tough to keep succulents alive in terrariums. As much as I love the look, I would need to repot them into actual pots in order to not kill them, lol). Staff were pleasant. I definitely recommend checking out La Fleurasion if you're looking for flowers or plants, for yourself or as gifts. Just a note of caution though, they seem to be floral designers at heart, so while their succulent arrangements look pretty, I do question their longevity if you don't repot or if you don't know too much about plants. I repotted my arrangement when I got home and I noticed none of the cuttings had roots yet! I'm trying to get them to root, so we'll see how it goes, lol. The assistant helped me make a decision, and I proceeded with the order. We communicated by email since they needed the recipient's full address and phone number. I promptly provided the information--but never received any confirmation or update to confirm that my order was being processed. It felt like my request had gone into a black hole. The next day, I followed up by phone since I hadn't heard back. I spoke to several people, none of whom could find a record of my order. Eventually, I reached the person who had taken my order, and I re-sent all the delivery details. She assured me that the delivery would be completed that day and that I would receive a confirmation and receipt. To my surprise, she called back less than ten minutes later asking for all the same information again--apparently, my order had been misplaced, and she couldn't even recall what I had purchased. She again promised to send a confirmation email once the order was finalized. Once again, no confirmation arrived. I had to call yet again to follow up, only to be told the delivery had already been completed. When I asked why I hadn't received any confirmation, they realized they had "made a mistake" with my email address. I find that hard to understand, considering they had successfully emailed me earlier to request the delivery details. This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. I expected much better communication and professionalism from a florist with Westmount's reputation. Lesson learned: don't be fooled by the polished website--what you see online does not reflect the quality of service you actually receive.

While the selection isn't huge since it is a pretty small shop, service is very friendly and there really is a neighbourhood "feel" to this establishment. They also have living plants, plant-related decor, decorative pots, cacti, etc. It's nice to see that not every flower shop has gone generic and corporate with ridiculous prices.
